We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Booked this place for a staycation and the place had all the amenities as listed! Located in a very convienent place with a convenience store, food shops, and coffee shop right across the street and SM North Edsa close by. I loved the feel of the place, the shower, the decor. I would definitely book again!

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Kristine Joy’s place was so comfortable rejuvenating and nourishing for me. So so cozy especially with the rain now. She even provides a water dispenser which is sadly rare in Airbnb’s of this price range. I miss it already and wish to go back soon.

Lovely place! The interiors are beautiful and the place is clean. One thing though is that you have to go up two flights of stairs to go up the lobby so it's not as accessible.

Had a great stay at Brian’s unit. The Airbnb host Sam was very helpful as well. The unit was great and the building is safe and secure. Right in the area of poblacion but far enough where you can sleep at night. The place was stylishly furnished, clean and setup well for a visit. Would definitely stay here again

This place was way better than we expected and definitely one of the best units we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed, super clean, comfy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The unit is very comfortable and well-kept — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best things is its location — just a short walk to Mall of Asia, which made everything so convenient, from shopping and dining to getting around. Ryan was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near MOA!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

My kids and i had a super comfy and homey stay here. Also the hosts are very helpful and responsive. The place is also accessible on what we need thats why this is one of our favorite. Definitely will book again 🧡

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

My family was very impressed by this Airbnb. They felt at home from the unit itself to the amenities. The overall condo was also very great, good view and lots of activities we can do (Swimming in pool, chilling out in the rooftop). The hallways were spacious, feels really relaxing. Everything was just perfect. My siblings are teenagers and they said that it was just great for them and more. They didn't expect to have an amazing accommodation like this. Another good thing is that it is near the LRT, so going to Manila was easier and convenient as we had a lot of activities in Manila (the city). Overall, highly recommended and will be back.
