This beautiful, comfortable and complete home exceeded our expectations. It had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and even extra details that stood out, such as coffee and tea, a washer/dryer, and a space to exercise. Excellent location near/walkable to the central park, municipal theater, shops, and variety of restaurants (among our favorites were: Taquería Tulum, El Sabor de la India, and of course Xelapan). My daughter and I visited Xela to study the K'iche' Mayan language and this house was ideal for taking classes in the morning in the living room, and going out to explore in the afternoon. We were very pleased. Friendly host and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Antonio was easy to communicate with and very fast to respond. The house is perfect for groups. It’s 2 whole houses on 2 levels for peace and comfort.The beds are comfy and the bedding is spotless. The bathrooms are big and clean and each had a hair drier. The kitchens are big and functional. The eco water filter was a great addition. The wifi kept everyone happy and connected. Everyone loved the pool after a long day of sightseeing- careful not to slip though. It’s wonderful for the location in town. San Pedro is a small town with limited resources, so this place is a palace. We felt safe and welcomed from the start. Anything we needed we could ask Antonio or Johan and they would either organise it for us or point us in the right direction. They helped us get a Tuctuc driver who ended up being an awesome tour guide - Manuel. And that then lead to a private boat tour of the lake! Will definitely come back again with my family. It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

I loved the place. I would recommend it very sincerely. The instructions on how to find the location were very clear, we were indicated and recommended how to buy supplies to have in the house, the condominium where the house is located is very safe and quiet, apart from that you can make use of the clubhouse that has a pool.

Awesome house. We really liked that every room had a bathroom. Pool was clean and good sized. Also great it had bathrooms and showers by the pool. About 10 minutes from IRTRA parks, it is also driving distance from Xela.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was truly unforgettable. The space was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view of Lake Atitlán was absolutely breathtaking — even better than the photos! We spent our days lounging in the hammocks, sipping wine, and soaking in the peaceful vibe. The staff was amazing — so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved that it was walking distance to great local restaurants, which made exploring super easy. The only small downside was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our taste, but everything else more than made up for it. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely come back again.
