Great place on the outskirts of town, but still feels like you’re in the town (walked to a late dinner at Ke Role)

Great host, great house with multiple houses, everyone got their space. Finding it is a bit tricky and it’s a bit of a hike to get to the home but the host helped us a lot! Even with our bags and laundry!!

A very quiet place, the house is very comfortable and clean in a safe place, for our family that is large, the amount of bathrooms is very good. A highly recommended house to use again in the future.

We had a great stay! What we loved the most was how peaceful and quiet the place was, perfect for relaxing. The view was beautiful, and our host was truly amazing. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel very welcome.

Our stay was unforgettable. The views and proximity to the lake and nature reserve, as well as the outdoor bathroom were spectacular. The serenity and sounds of nature took our breath away. Very good choice to unwind and reconnect with oneself or nature. Hosts were above and beyond helpful and communicative (and with translation to our driver). With that said, the stairs down and then up to the house are no joke. Not for the faint of heart. Well worth it for the experience but if you are not in shape or healthy I would reconsider. It was a considerable effort. I also do not recommend more than 4-5 adults in terms of space and sleeping arrangements. We definitely want to return!

Outstanding location and room. Definitely hard to beat!!

A stay with a breathtaking view, they were always in constant communication and were flexible, in addition to very attentive. No doubt a beautiful place. Perhaps the only thing to improve, it would be the condition of the steps to climb and access the cabin, as they are a bit slippery and somewhat demanding to come up with luggage and food for the stay. I would be back without thinking. Thanks for everything!

Everything was very well organized

Everything about La Casa de Oxkan exceeded our expectations. It was close enough to the action that it was easy to get to and from, but private enough that the lively nature of San Pedro was never intrusive. The home is beautiful in every aspect, and Magdalena was one of the most attentive and responsive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Not if, but when I return to San Pedro, I will absolutely stay here again.

This air bnb was perfect for me and my group! It was located minutes within access to the lake and many shopping/restaurants. The hot tub was a perfect add on after walking throughout the town and allowed us to relax. Pablo was very responsive and helped us when we asked. We had no warm water but within minutes someone came in to fix the issue. We also requested extra towels and were provided them quickly. Pablo also assisted us with transportation from Guatemala City to the air bnb. Overall I hope to stay again at his beautiful home!

It was a wonderful stay at Leahs place. She build an incredibly cute A-frame house which is perfect for some relaxing days in a quiet nature surrounding. You can walk to town (10 Minutes and about 20 Minutes to the boat docks, but a Tuktuk is also easy to take). She really takes care of her customers if you need anything but you have your privacy in the house and on the patio where it's very nice to hang out. The bed was huge and comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. The view is nice and her two cute cats come by sometimes. If you're a nature lover and need a relaxing space, it's for you! You have to walk a bit uphill to get to the house and there were some insects around sometimes, but not too many and this can't be avoided if you want a place surrounded by trees and nature.
