Family-friendly holiday rentals in Quepos Point

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

I really nice well equipped jungle house with a nice working hot tub. Very interesting and unique experience I would recommend it.

Grat place we had a lot of fun

My family and I were so pleased with our choice. The home was very clean, lots of parking. The outdoor covered patio is perfect for rainy evenings. The pool was cleaned as soon as we got there and we enjoyed it every day. I recommend going to the home before going to the grocery store because it is well stocked. Martin even had coffee from their family and it was the best coffee we had the whole time we were in Costa Rica. The restaurant recs from Lorena were on point and delicious. I suggest staying for at least three or four days because the amount of wildlife that traverses through the property changes from day-to-day. There is a resident sloth that lives right outside the gates and we saw him three out of the five days that we were there. another sloth that we saw every morning on our walk that was about a 10 minute distance from home. So many tropical birds. We would stay here again, highly recommend. Check out was extremely easy and effortless. Also, several walkable restaurants.

Laurent’s Airbnb was in a great location and perfect for our family of 9 who was visiting Costa Rica for a family wedding! The walk-ability to nearby restaurants and shopping was a plus! We did walk to the beach but took a taxi back as it was a bit hilly to walk back! Beautiful views, lots of space for all of us and Laurent helped us with transportation to and from the airport. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the pool was refreshing! Thx, Laurent, for allowing us to vacation at your home!

A stunning house in the perfect location! This was a great spot from which to explore this part of the coast. As other reviewers have said, the drive to the property is steep but paved, and there is a long set of stairs from the parking spot to the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has all of the appliances you'll need. The property manager was available when we needed him and gave us great recommendations to local restaurants. We'd stay here again!

Everything as described. Vanessa was quick to respond to all our questions, and helped organize several tours for us. Villa Vanilla SpiceTour and Waterfall Tour are a must. Thank you Vanessa! My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tarzan Jungle Home! It was by far our favorite place we stayed on our trip to Costa Rica, and we even ended up extending our stay there. It is such a cool space and you can tell they have put a lot of time and effort in the property and it’s surroundings. The zipline and water slide were great additions and definitely made us feel like it was worth every penny spent. Also, the property manager Marlyn is amazing and so very helpful and responsive, as is the host Paul👍🏼 We would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again on our next trip!

We had a lovely time. Andres was very kind and responsive. We loved the private pool and being right on the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets and the daily visits from the monkeys passing by!

A great place to stay. Location it's a luxury in Manuel Antonio and if you choose right you might find a place like this. This place was close to the beach as to Quepos town. Wich was very convenient for us a family of 4. The surroundings where on point, with amenities like the swimming pool and a comfy entrance. Just the right space with an open kitchen. Looking forward to come back in the future.

This place is really special and gave me a lot peace, its front porch is surrounded by a garden full of life. It rained at night and the sound of it gifted me a great sleep. The light in the place is intimate and has small lights that are warmed by the wood. In general, I hope I can come back and spend more time there, specially on the rainy season. This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! The house with the open layout was perfect, the pool and the waterfall right out back was perfect, and then 20 steps to the beach. It’s not a tourist area at all so it’s pretty much a private beach. Israel, the caretaker was absolutely incredible! He was so nice and kind and helpful. He responded to anything that we needed. If you need something, ask him, he is the man. If you are going to do a mangrove boat tour, don’t book elsewhere, look no farther. Israel has the boat 10 steps from the driveway. He took eight of us on an amazing mangrove boat tour and saw monkeys and crocodiles and the mangroves. He is so good with kids! He just wants the kids to have a good time. We really appreciated him and enjoyed hanging out with him. Do you want to ride horses on the beach? No problem, he’ll have horses out back whenever you want them! And everything he set up for us, we felt was pretty reasonably priced. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

April and her place are AMAZING. We had the best experience in her jungalow. April helped us a lot preparing our stay and during the stay itself. She was VERY accommodating with our every request. She cooked tasty vegetarian meals every night for us and made sure she would let us know when jungle animals (monkeys, birds etc...) could be spotted around the property. We stayed 4 nights with two boys age 3 and 5 and they loved it too. Top place and host for whoever wants something off the beaten path, authentic and comfortable. The trail to get there is a little rough with steep parts but we thought it added to the charm of the place bringing additional “adventure” feel the the experience.

The homes were spotless. Very clean and well equipped. It's beautiful instead. You see birds and in the afternoon in the farthest se son monitos. The only negative thing I could say is that the place is a bit alone and that there is not like a mesh that privatizes the entrance to the house, but in reality I totally recommend it. Don Carlos and his family, who help in the house are also very friendly

Absolutely loved this place! We had a friend trip of 4 and this was perfect. Super secluded. It felt like a mico-White Lotus without the deaths. Charlie, the property manager, was super helpful and very responsive. I would 100% recommend this place. A gem!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The landscaping and scenery were beautiful. Jeff and Nando were friendly and so helpful with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We used the pool daily and sometimes at night. It was so refreshing after the heat of the day. The 3 building concept was unique and very liveable.

Our stay was wonderful, and we had zero issues. The view is amazing and the house was just perfect. It was bigger than we thought and it had so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. I think our favorite part was Luis the groundskeeper. He was so kind, respectful and thoughtful. We will miss our stay and miss our new friend Luis!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of our Costa Rica vacation. It was a perfect place to settle in and unwind from all the adventures in our trip. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking meals in. We did enjoy the restaurant on the hill (which you can see from the house) but note they only take cash. It was rated at the top of the best Costa Rica food we had. The drive was not as bad as I had anticipated since we had drove in Monteverde and other mountain towns. Definitely steep in some parts but moderate to places we had encountered before. I would still suggest at 4 wheel drive vehicle. Take a book or a family game and enjoy nature from the mountain top.

Casa de Paz was absolutely perfect for our family vacations. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature and extremely comfortable for a big group. Staff at Portasol were always super responsive and easy to communicate. They helped us book a couple of activities with local companies and solved any minor issue that we needed immediately. I would highly recommend this house if you want to be in a quiet and quite secluded place, with private security.

Perfect for a short trip and visiting Manuel Antonio. Excellent location, comfortable bed, beautiful pool, warm welcome (Chris is great). In addition, we had a monkey visit right on our balcony! I recommend everyone!

We had an awesome stay here. Kimberly was the best host we’ve ever had. She was there at checkin to show us around; she recommended and scheduled tours we went on, came to the house once to drive my wife down to meet a shuttle and she quickly responded to all questions. We heard and saw birds and iguanas at the house. The house is not new, but very well cared for, with loads of space and some exquisite wood furnishings. It was in a good location and the pool was very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One of our best family vacations! The house was exactly as described, extremely comfortable and spacious for multiple families. The yard is beautiful and comfortable, the pool and BBQ area is a plus, especially after doing tours or hiking all day. The whole house comes equipped with absolutely everything and anything you will need.The washer and dryer is definitely a Plus when traveling light or with small kids. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful through the entire planning process ever since we booked it. They were lots of recommendations and impeccable concierge service. Once we checked in Eduardo, our concierge was also very proactive and responsive, Even helping us arrange for groceries or meals to get delivered to the house . Truly a top notch service & property. There is nothing within walking distance, however, it’s very easy and accessible to get to it and to other tourist attractions would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was magical and sitting outside was relaxing. We saw so many animals while staying there and the kids loved the pool! We had a grocery store and Soda walking distance away. Antonio was a gem. He did not speak English but he made sure everything was pristine. He is a true gem and willing to help direct parking and open the gate for us Some tips to help others….everything here is similar to the states. No suicide showers and lots of power plugs. Really the only issue we had is the upper bedrooms were too light and it gets bright early. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we got up early to do activities while it was cool. We loved our stay! This place has ALL of the Pura Vida vibes.
