Wow! Well worth it! Unheard of value. The space is very considerate and functional. It has everything you need and more. Bath n shower , great heating, one of the best kitchens I’ve used, a pantry full of quality food and a very comfortable bed all wrapped in an interesting cave at a great location. Best stay in Hobart, it’s clear Yvette has put a lot of thought and love into this place.

My partner and I stayed at Dean and Moya’s place while in Hobart. It was a good base for exploring the city and was within walking distance of the city centre. The place is modern and has a great view of the city. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen. We were also visited by a Pademelon in the backyard that had a joey in its pouch. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rowan's pad! Excellent location with great access to the coast, restaurants and mountains behind. Every query was met with a swift and helpful response. Thank you for a lovely few days!!

We checked in late at night on a cold day, and it was such a nice touch to find the air conditioning already on and the place feeling warm and cozy. It made us feel very welcomed and comfortable right away.

Excellent location, easy walk to all that the Hobart waterfront offers. The unit is large for a one bedroom and somehow actually better than photos presented. Large, warm, quiet and fantastic balcony all combine to make this an excellent stay. We would definitely book here if ever in Hobart again.

Fabulous house. Easy walk to wharfs and city centre. Perfect for us 4, lots of room, bedrooms large, beds cosy. Kitchen equipped with everything you would ever need. We were here for Dark Mofo, so winter- the back courtyard was pretty as a picture, would be fantastic in warmer months. Wonderful to stay in a historic solid home with great views of Hobart. Some prior mentions of car parking, we had a Midsize SUV, and found it easy to turn to park to face correctly when needed to drive off. The hill is a little steep to walk, but only for 50-100m if that. The road in front of house is flat. Lounge room spacious and very Oven and stovetop knife ware excellent, 2 fridges, so room for drinks. We loved everything, if you are considering a 2 couple place, and if happy for a short walk to centre( Brooker Ave has excellent overpass walkway), I highly recommend. Also an easy direct drive to Mona ( 16min ) to take in the Sunrise Amarna experience.

This was the perfect Hobart home from home for a mid-winter stay. On previous trips to Hobart I've generally stayed in the Battery Point / Sandy Bay area, but I discovered on this trip that North Hobart is a delight - the Elizabeth St strip is a new fave. Would stay again without hesitation. The pictures don't do justice to how well and thoughtfully the house has been equipped, and the quality of fittings and furnishings. We were a group of 7, which normally would mean that at least a few people draw a short straw and have to take an inferior room, but this is one of those rare houses where ALL the bedrooms are lovely - and all have big, comfortable beds. There were even dressing gowns and slippers for everyone! The heating is super effective, the hot tub is a delight, the kitchen is large and well equipped, there's a coffee machine with plenty of pods, and Tom & Cate left various goodies for us as a welcome. They were also super responsive and flexible at all times. 5 stars!

An absolutely beautiful home! My husband and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect getaway! The home is stunning, close to CBD and everything was spotless and clean. We couldn’t have stayed anywhere better. Thank you Aloïse!!

Fantastic space, absolutely loved staying here and it felt just like home. Close to plenty of activities and dining, also being private and tucked away to feel comfortable at night. Will definitely recommend!

The house was wonderful, warm and the perfect fit for our 7 guests. A short stroll from the water and great views of Hobart from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. Julie was very friendly and accommodating from our very first conversation. A great house and a great host. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay - as 2 great cafes close by (westside laundromat and pigeon hole) and lovely walking up and down hills to visit Hill Street Grocer for provisions. The stone barn was lovely. Away from tourists but still walkable to everything. Really appreciate the well stocked pantry Eve and Frank left for us - bread, butter, fresh strawberries, coffee, milk, jam, yoghurt, even a lovely muesli was all left for us. Made the stay so comfortable. The sunrise in the morning from the shower window is spectacular!

The location is perfect—ideally situated for both relaxation and exploration. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee with a spectacular view or heading out for a day of sightseeing, everything we needed was easily accessible. The views were truly breathtaking, offering a peaceful and scenic backdrop that added so much to the overall experience. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the natural beauty surrounding the property was something we looked forward to each day.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
