Great place to stay, Brian is very helpful, lovely pool for kids to play.

This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants. Just be aware that the water here is not hot for a long and if you have a light sleep could be noisy in the morning. The Host ist very friendly and react very fast for everything i needed. Thank you

I booked two serviced apartment rooms as a family and stayed. First of all, the host communicates very quickly. As explained by the room condition and everything, I also assigned a taxi to the accommodation. The communication with the driver was perfect. There were young children, so I was worried about all the transportation stays. Huyen's Friendly guidance was also a very happy family trip. Even after I've been there My other family members also made a reservation from April 11th to 16th. I highly recommend it. Huyen! I appreciate all your help. We all enjoyed our wonerful vacation at your place.

It was nice to be able to use the Hyatt at an affordable price. It was perfect for a family trip!! Ocean view is guaranteed Apart from breakfast, you can enjoy all the rest of the facilities for free (swimming pool buggy car gym, etc.). It was so good!!

Finding a quiet, mold-free and comfortable accomodation in Da Hang during the high season is exceedingly difficult. I got lucky to find and reserve this place shortly after it was available. I was taking a chance since it did not have any reviews, but thankfully it really worked out well. Firstly, the view is incredible. Secondly, because it is so high up there is almost no noise at all. This is almost unheard of in Da Nang where the noise pollution is horrendous. The internet was also very good. I had 3-4 hours of video calls daily without issues. Being so high up the elevator did take a while sometimes, though overall it wasn't too bad. The building itself is pretty beat up and not incredible, but that is normal for Da Nang. Kreation took really good care of me. She was super responsive and brought me a few things when I asked. The only negative is that the pipe system smells bad. I covered the sink and shower when not in use and that helped. Again, that is sadly common in DN.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

The accommodation is very cute ,cozy and warm, suitable for families. There are many convenient facilities. The location of the accommodation is close to tourist attractions. You can walk around the old town all day long. I'm very impressed with the host. He helped me and my family very well. He also recommend local restaurants and travel plans for my family.😊 Finally, I recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to Hoi An. I guarantee you will have a great vacation and a good friendship from the host as well.

What we loved: - Quiet, cosy neighbourhood - Chic architecture & deco, comfortable room sizes - Communal spaces such as living room and dining was spacious - Kitchen was well equipped - Every room had a security lock - Having a room on ground floor was perfect for the elderly - Located midway between Ba Na Hills & Hoi An - Kids enjoyed the lap pool - The location was great for morning runs Items for improvement: - Floor was sticky when we checked in, host sent in cleaners to clean afterwards - Bad smell coming from ground floor toilet - probably plumbing issues - Air-con in living room & 3rd floor was not cold, but host promptly sent people to service Overall, our group had a very wonderful stay. The place was new and clean. Service was great as Host Vu messaged us almost everyday to ensure that everything was ok, and the problems were fixed. He also goes the extra mile to meet our requests, e.g., we had a swimming float that couldn’t be inflated, Vu sent someone to help pump it up.

Our stay at this Villa was amazing. We enjoyed how close we were to everything and that we even got free cleans while staying there. The villa was very spacious and the pool was amazing. The host was amazing in giving us recommendations on a personal tour guide, who was great and helped us will all our needs and activities while staying. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as there was nothing that I could fault. 5 Stars from me.

Beautiful stay - very spacious and clean. Amenities are a great addition. Brian was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The free daily housekeeping was appreciated. Great location if you prefer to stay farther out from the city. Walking distance from the beach. Would love to return.

Great place to stay for big groups. Checkin was easy, house was well presented. Housekeeper was more than accommodating as she helped with laundry and providing breakfast for an early morning start.
