Beach house holiday rentals in Quảng Nam

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

As a newbie to Cham Island I think I was lucky to stay here because the host does everything to assist you with anything you might need. The host's aunt nextdoor cooks wonderful meals and the hospitality is unmatched! The view from the house is nice with a cool temple and some ocean in view as well! The beach is so close! Walk outside and there it is! You should definatly hire a little round boat to take you snorkeling just a short ways to the south! The coral is amazing and you can see why this island is protected! I will stay here again when I return to Cham for another round of island paradise!

What a gem! The house is huge and beautiful. It stays nice and cool on hot days and has everything you could possibly need! Quang is an amazing host. Kind and attentive. He greeted us with a welcome drink and organized bikes for us. He even found a little kid’s bike for our daughter. The location is perfect - it’s very quiet but the old town and many restaurants are in walking distance. You’ll be living in a typical Vietnamese neighborhood but it’s only a few steps to all the major tourist spots. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

We spent a month and half in Mei's home. we rented the entire home and it was more than we needed for a family of four, so we had an extra bedroom that we didn't even use. the house is on a quiet location in between Hit Ha and An Bang beach. Mei provided us with a. free bicycle and we rented another from her. The location of the house is great if you don't want to be in the hussle and bussle of Hoi An, but close enough for a 20 minute bike ride or an 8 minute grab ride. Mei was extremely responsive and immediately helped of we needed anything. the house is comfortable , with lots of beds and closet space, a big kitchen with plenty of seating. We loved the safety and also the close proximity to the beach restaurants, where our teenagers loved to freely roam. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a stress free and easy stay.

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was skeptical about the good reviews from other users, but after using it, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

This is a hidden gem. Close to the beach surrounded by the beautiful vegetable farms. Its is perfect if you are seeking nature and peace.

We had a lovely stay at Ayatana’s place. It’s a very quiet place with great common spaces and lovely food. Most of all we appreciated the hospitality, the support and extremely diligent and professional work. Would definitely look forward coming back one day!

Lai's place was by far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our family spent 11 nights here and it was the perfect place to call home. Big clean air conditioned rooms, beautiful rooftop patio, pool and a great breakfast every morning. The location is perfect, its a quick taxi or scooter to the beach or old town. Its located 10 minutes walk from great restaurants! Lai couldn't have been a better host, and helped us booked taxis, booked trips, and gave us any tips or help we needed. I would highly recommend Lai's Place to everyone who visits Hoi An!

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Wing House Villa in Danang! The villa was clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing hospitality. Our host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, peaceful, and close to great spots in Danang. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

I loved this villa, being in the small pool overlooking the rice field was a truly memorable experience. I could see local people working in the field, buffalo not far with a bicycle ride. The home was modern and a delight to stay in. Anna was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us.

A wonderful stay. I made friends with the neighbours and had coffee with them in the morning. Beautiful rooftop with views of veggie gardens. Very comfy beds, cleaned regularly. Thank you :)

We had a great stay here, it was very easy to get into Hoi An centre by Grab or bike. Host was excellent and we had breakfast made for us on our 1st morning which was delicious.

Nathalie’s place is surrounded by green and a pleasant place to stay in Hoi An. Her caretaker Tidi was very helpful in recommending airport taxis and places to go to and eat. The other lady, Soung was very sweet she even cooked breakfast and some snacks for us. Nathalie and Isaak are very responsive hosts.

Needless to say, it is a perfect accommodation. The manager, Hana, kindly helped me with anything throughout my stay. We added breakfast and each day she organizes a different menu. She also does a good job booking massages or grabs. Free laundry is also available and you can get laundry service at a low price. She is one of the most kind and hospitable people I have ever met in Hoi An. Plenty of accommodation is great for large families with young children. Every morning they clean. Towels are also replaced frequently with new ones. The additionally requested evening BBQ is prepared very carefully and abundantly. Everyone in the family was satisfied. It is located in a quiet place, so it is good to enjoy privately. We swam and had fun every day. Anbang Beach is close enough to be moved within 10 minutes by bicycle I would like to give 100 points for service, location and cleanliness.

It was a private villa in front of the sea, and the location was so perfect. The host was friendly and took good care of us. I made good memories with my family at a good price!!I think it has the best location among the Hyatt Regencies. The satisfaction is the best, the swimming pool is large, and the room is very large.
