Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Quadra Island

We loved our stay here. The view from the full length windows and outdoor patio were breathtaking. We saw lots of wildlife: eagles, deer, seals, an otter and humpbacks. The kitchen was stocked and the bedding was very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. We had fires on the beach each night while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It’s a walkable distance to the Dolphin Resort restaurant where the food was excellent. We would rebook in a minute.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ed and Trina's! The space was even better than we expected from the photos- tons of space and natural light. Bathroom, kitchen, living space, and bedrooms were all very clean. They included all of the amenities you could possibly need- and more! The personalized letter left for us on arrival along with a bottle of wine and yummy chocolates was so nice and made us feel very welcome. Great outdoor space for morning and evening and having a BBQ to use was a bonus. Very close driving distance to Seal Bay, Nymph Falls, etc. STAY HERE :)

Kelli’s place is really beautiful, and relaxing. The patio is perfect for your morning coffee rain or shine. We’d definitely stay again.

Susanne’s place was fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. She was extremely accommodating and timely. I would recommend this Bnb to anyone looking to travel to Powell river. Location is central and close to everything you need! A very clean and cozy place to stay.

a spectacular place - and really well equipped with absolutely everything you need. it was a bit difficult to get to aa we had to haul our stuff up in a toboggan but it was all part of the adventure. i wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy Carley's house. i would book it again in a heartbeat.

Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay with Alice. Her space was everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away from the city - full kitchen, bathtub, comfortable bed and just a short drive from Lund too. First time to Hornby and am so glad I found this gem! The apartment was the perfect blend of rustic and modern and the property was stunning, peaceful, and quiet. Stu was also responsive when we had a question and gave really helpful and clear instructions for arrival. If we make it back to Hornby, will definitely book this one again.

My two friends and I stayed here for the week we had school and it was probably one of the best places we have stayed. Very spacious, comfy beds, couch was big and nice to relax on after a long day at school. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Nice to have the option for laundry as well. Very bright with all the windows. Short walk to the beach. Good storage for our paddle boards. Very responsive and friendly hosts. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything in town. We will be back here for sure!

Sandy’s space was comfy and beautiful. Walking distance to shops, parks, and restaurants. However what made my stay next level was Sandy’s incredible hospitality. I felt like I had a second mom watching over me while my mom was halfway across the country. Sandy’s warm personality is sure to make anyone’s stay special.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere in Campbell River. Everything was immaculate and sparkling. Kelcy and her family were very welcoming and I would definitely recommend their place for your stay.

From the moment I checked in to moment I left everything about my stay was outstanding. Sarah and Paul were very friendly and welcoming. The views from the decking overlooking the sea were fantastic. And everything within was of a very good standard towels, bedding, comfortable bed etc. without a doubt one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in and I would highly recommend this rental. Tracy's place is lovely, immaculately clean, very comfortable, and has a fabulous view. Everything that we could possibly need was provided. Tracy is very friendly and helpful and was very kind to my dog. We will definitely stay at Tracy's place in the future!

Katrin’s place is all that is described in the listing and more. Very cozy and comfortable apartment with an entire nook dedicated to hanging and drying out snow gear. Katrin went above and beyond with her communication. There is a bit of walking and figuring out where the apartment is located in the ski village but Katrin’s attention to detail made everything very easy. Further, I took away a number of ideas for how I would like to organize spaces in my home after staying. Great decorations and functionality. Mount Washington is also a true jem- everyone was friendly and helpful! I Highly recommend Katrin’s apartment and look forward to visiting again.

Susan has certainly given a lot of thought to furnishing the apartment. Great views out over the sea. A lot of lovely touches provided , milk, tea, coffee, water and sweet treats. Had a great stay.

The listing is very accurate. The unit is convenient to ski in and out. It is about a 5 minute drive to the Alpine Lodge.

We had a magical stay at the Beach House. Being able to walk barefoot right onto the beach was so special to us. When it rained we were still able to open the panel of patio doors to maximize our time with the beautiful landscape. Just a stunning place to stay. The Host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The space was immaculate, cozy and had everything we needed!

I had a wonderful stay at Martin’s Mountainside suite. Easy to find / enter, covered parking / unloading is nice (and a huge boon mid-winter!). The suite is neat, clean and very well-appointed. Spacious for a small family, downright enormous for a couple/solo traveller. Ski in / ski out is great. Note that you can ski in via Hawk with a small (25 steps) walk up the track, if the Village Run isn’t in and you don’t fancy walking across the road above. Thanks for a great trip!
