This very private cottage is clean, bright and comfortable. A wood stove and all natural wood interior with vaulted ceiling making it bright, comfortable, spacious, and inviting. The peace of the forest is rejuvenating and the outdoor bath tub for two a great joy. Above All Cottage on Quadra Island

Above All is a studio cottage with a verandah overlooking an acreage. It features stained glass windows, plank floors, a well equipped kitchenette and private bath with restored claw foot tub (no shower). Internet on the island is often spotty, but most guests find the cottage wifi satisfactory. The cottage is located within walking distance to the ferry, shops at Quathiaski Cove and island trails. The owners live on site in a separate residence and have a small friendly mixed breed dog.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Enjoy the lovely sounds and setting of this quiet spot in nature. Sit and have coffee at the live edge kitchen bar or outside on the back patio. Listen to the birds and watch the deer and fawn go by. This is a clean studio space. There are no bedrooms, the one queen bed is in the living area. There are two bar stools at the bar, or sit and chill on the bed and watch a show.
