Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pyrgos Kallistis

It was all the way it should have been!Clear instructions, spotless space and amazing view!!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Niki’s loft brings the wow factor. The convenient location, stunning views, and fresh open layout alone are worth booking this place immediately when available. The easy host communication, airport transfers, and lots of extra guest resources in the unit make it even better. If Niki’s place is available during your time in Athens, do yourself a favor and book it! Highly recommend.

The place was spotless and the refrigerator was filled with food. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach umbrella. The location was close to things to and restaurants by the water. We enjoyed the view and the terrace above for sunsets in the evening. We had such a wonderful stay. We recommend this place HIGHLY! We would stay here again.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

Beautiful, sophisticated, immaculate, spacious loft apartment smack dab in the middle of the bustling Plaka area of Athens. Extremely secure, safe and quiet. With a beautiful plant filled atrium and a huge terrace overlooking the Acropolis. Located Literally steps away from the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum and everything else. Best of all there was our wonderful host Miltos. Miltos really knows what it means to be a great host to a guest in ones home. Even before we arrived Miltos provided us with a written step-by-step tour of all the sites and locations we should see in Athens. Where each site was located and even their websites and where to purchase tickets. He also provided us with dozens of restaurant recommendations. Several which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. He made sure that we arrived safely and didn’t overpay for our taxi ride from the airport. Miltos was even instrumental in helping us retrieving our lost luggage. When an Athens we highly recommend you stay here.

This is an outstanding place for 2 to explore the archeological ruins in Athens. Walking distance to everything. Great flat with everything you would need—great kitchen supplies, washing machine, fabulous patio with gorgeous views of the Parthenon, especially lit up at night. Lot of restaurants in the area—just enough off the main touristy area to be quality and of good value. Responsive host. Just a perfect all around stay.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Katerina was an amazing host, and if we ever come back we will absolutely try to rebook at this house! The location is amazing and couldn’t have been better. It is right on the water with a beautiful view! Katerina’s arranged transportation for us with her driver Manos and he was just as great. Absolute wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are gorgeous, the private beach was incredible, the house was super spacious, and they were very helpful and responsive.

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Kostas’s place was perfect for us with very convenient location, beautiful and huge rooftop terrace looking directly up to the Palamidi Fortress and very comfortable.

My son and I had two nights at Constantines place. He was very approachable and we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment before checking in and once it was ready for us his cleaner kindly texted us that it was ready. Constantine gave great recommendations and we were very happy with the taxi driver he recommended, Spartacus, and also a local cafe Loukas which was excellent. It’s a nice neighbourhood, we visited the Greek War Museum and were able to walk there in under 5 minutes, it’s also close to the Metro. The apartment itself wants for nothing- it’s got all mod cons, is very comfortable, lovely balcony, blackout blinds, great decor and Constantine has thought of everything. Delighted with our stay, wish it could have been longer- but hopefully we will be back, and highly recommend!

Impeccable apartment just minutes from AIA. We unfortunately stayed only one night at the apartment before a flight the next morning. The apartment is perfectly cleaned, and all of the finish out is modern and seems brand new. We were so appreciative of how well-stocked the kitchen was. You could cook almost anything in the kitchen. The sofa bed with the trundle was perfect for our two young daughters. The AC worked great and was in the bedroom as well as the living space. The washer/dryer was so useful for us before our flight! It exceeded our expectations at every turn. Expect an incredibly clean and overly stocked apartment with everything you need.

A wonderful stay at Athens overall. This place is truly a hidden gem; to its clean and modern design to its easy check in process. The icing on top was of course the view of the Acropolis from the hot tub/kitchen. After a long day of sightseeing it’s truly rewarding to see it from a far. Very comfortable & washer was accessible. Hot water was tricky at first but just remember to click on the hot water button on the phone :)

This is THE place to stay if you need a 2BR apartment close to the Acropolis in Athens. The balcony and bedroom has beautiful unobstructed views of the Acropolis area. I would love the chance to visit again! The location is so nice because it’s a short walk to the sites, and also on the opposite side from the tourist districts and hotels. This is the stuff that matters for me. Chose this place, it’s a winner

Natasa is a wonderful host and the property is well-equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Walking distance to most attractions, including the Acropolis. Highly recommended.
