Holiday rentals with a balcony in Pyrgos Kallistis

Vasilis’s place was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and was a lovely space to stay in. The centre was walkable (20-30 mins) but the metro station was very close by and very cheap. Vasilis was an outstanding host- he replied very quickly and was extremely helpful with questions about the accommodation as well as local recommendations. Would definitely book again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb in Athens. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – charming, stylish, and located in a fantastic area, close to everything. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned – there were crumbs and food stains on the kitchen counter and dining table, which was disappointing. The washing machine also didn’t work, which was inconvenient during our stay. In addition, on the day of our departure, there was a taxi strike in Athens. We had messaged the day before saying we were leaving early, and it would have been very helpful if the hosts had informed us in advance about the strike. We barely made it to the airport on time. Also, the water in the shower tends to spill over, and there’s no proper bath mat – just a small wooden platform that doesn’t feel very hygienic between guests. Still, the apartment itself is lovely and well-equipped, and we had a great time overall.

We had a really lovely stay at Dimitris's house. He was very personable upon check-in, and even gave us some great recommendations for good restaurants in the area (they were fantastic and affordable)! I definitely would recommend Dimitris's Airbnb to any family or friends traveling to Nafplio.

Thanks was a great host. He always responded within 5 minutes and was very accommodating for whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend him and his properties. Ornos beach was a 8 minute walk and there are a few places to eat within walking distance.

Such a phenomenal place! We stayed here as a group of five and it was so reasonably priced. AMAZING views, you are literally right against the water. Gorgeous, clean space. Easy 15 minute walk into Old Town. Host was amazing, she helped us call a taxi when we needed and gave us lots of recommendations. Stay here!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Koukaki. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, and all the main attractions, but tucked away on a quiet street so you can really relax after a day of exploring. The apartment is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and all the essentials for a comfy stay. It was clean, peaceful, and felt like a little oasis in the heart of the city. Koukaki itself is such a charming neighborhood, with great cafes, bakeries, and a local vibe that makes you feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Roi was so helpful from start to finish! The apartment was super fresh and really cozy 😍 we felt right at home straight away. The location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of great bars, cozy cafes and amazing restaurants just around the corner. I can highly recommend staying at Roi’s place if you want a great experience ☺️

Everything was perfect, Frosso, very kind and always available host was a real angel with us and our one-year-old! The property is wonderful and very clean but the hospitality has even exceeded all this perfection. Thank you Frosso for welcoming us like this, we look forward to coming back

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! The owner has been very welcoming. She provided a bed and a chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Having a private pool was the highlight during our stay! The location is perfect to visit the prefecture of Chania. We would go back again without hesitation! Thanks for the treat, it’s really appreciated 😊

Our family of five stayed in Athens for five nights and loved the home. The location is perfect - the Plaka neighborhood is quaint with lots of restaurants and shopping, not to mention incredible archeological sites, nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and allowed early check in to accommodate our early arrival. We loved it!

This place was absolutely amazing. The only thing that was not very expected (maybe it was me not fully understanding) but the pool is shared with other visitors in the other villas. There was not really anyone in the other ones with our stay so it was not a problem.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

The villa is perfect! Very clean, very well equipped, mosquito nets to all the windows, air conditioning in the whole house. Appliances level too. In short, no complaints! If the location next to the airport can disturb any time there are no planes and the noise is more than bearable, no worries on that side either! Frosso our host is very available, responsive, she gave us good addresses in the region!

We absolutely loved our stay at Posarelli Villas. The apartment is clean and modern, and the pool area is perfect with stunning views. Frosso was such a lovely host - very friendly and responsive. We would definitely love to go back again!

Great location with lot of restaurants and cafes around. City downtown and Acropolis are in walking distance. Super responsive host.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Bill and John’s flat worked out perfectly for us. Nicely appointed and tidy. Alex greeted us and checked us in a bit early. He is incredibly friendly and helpful — one of those people who is instantly likable. The location of the flat cannot be beat. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. I have never experienced water pressure as fabulous as the shower at this flat. Be careful when turning on the hot water because it gets unbelievably hot. Everything was perfect. The washing machine is very handy. There is not a dryer, but we were able to hang our clothes and they were dry the next morning. The kitchen is well appointed but you will probably go out to eat since there are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is on the backside of the flat and faces the incredibly quiet courtyard. The bed is very comfy. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. There is a place on the next corner that sells the best baklava!

I had a really late check-in around 1:30 and Dimitris was there to open and show me the apartment along with insightful instructions for the area.The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made also check-out flexible. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Good place, clean, nice location, fairly quiet. Comfortable bed. We had a good time. Two minor issues: there was construction nearby and there was a bit of noise in the morning (though closing the balcony door reduced it significantly and it was not an issue) Second minor issue that is fixable, the shower door is slightly problematic, it can get off its rail easily and then it’s a bit problematic to open and close. Overall, these were minor and when taking into account the price this is still a 5/5.
