Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pyrgos Kallistis

I have been to athens more than 10 times this place really was the best . Location was very central . Walkable to all main destinations and metro station. The host was very clear and always ready to help . The apartment was very clean . So central yet away from noise which was a plus to sleep. The neighborhood i found it very safe and the people are friendly. I would surely stay here each time i visit athens. For me the location was a big plus where i never used taxi and did everything on foot. Thank you for great experience.

Norma is a great host!

Vasilis’s place was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and was a lovely space to stay in. The centre was walkable (20-30 mins) but the metro station was very close by and very cheap. Vasilis was an outstanding host- he replied very quickly and was extremely helpful with questions about the accommodation as well as local recommendations. Would definitely book again!!

Aristos was a great host! He has really thought out whatever you could need and it really is a home away from home. He is genuinely concerned that it has all that you could need. It was located a very short walk from lots of nice restaurants and a small supermarket, and was close to transit. The location was very good. We could easily walk to the Acropolis and other attractions. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Athens.

Sweetest and calm place ever !!!

Everything about the apartment and the contact with Jenny, the manager, was perfect. The apartment was new, we were one of the first guests and therefore nothing was worn or used. The topper of the bed was a bit too hard for me and I got an extra topper the next day. Every two days a cleaner came and changed the linens and towels. I didn't expect that in advance. That was very pleasant. The roof terrace was overwhelmingly large, you can see the sea and the hot tub was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old daughter. The nearby large playground was also very pleasant for us. There is a long shopping street in the nearest area, with Lidl at one end and a huge supermarket at the other end. Only 200m away is a very good Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros restaurant and at the lower end of the shopping street is a restaurant only open during the day that sells all Greek classics.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing time at Alessandra’s place. It is gorgeous and even better than what the pictures convey. There was so much space and beautifully decorated. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Rooms and beds very comfortable and spacious. It is in a perfect location to walk to everything in Athens. Would highly recommend staying here. We are so glad we didn’t stay at a hotel. We would never have had such a unique experience. The nearby cafes and restaurants steps away made the stay nice as well. The Rose bakery around the corner was incredible. Everything made fresh by the owner daily. There is a fruit market around the border and a convenience store right across the street. The check-in process was very easy to get in. Absolutely perfect stay!!

Excellent apartment in a very calm and peaceful area in Athens. The apartment was just like in the photos and the apartment was spotless. Nicholas was a great host and was very accomodating by being responsive and hospitable. 100% recommended

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

The place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal and quiet. The decoration was wonderful. We had a great time!

We stayed here for just one night after returning from Naxos and before flying out the next morning, and it was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooftop was amazing—such a great spot to relax after a long day! There’s also a fantastic, authentic Greek restaurant just around the corner, which meant we didn’t have to head back into the city center on our final night. Everything was smooth and easy—highly recommended for a short stay!

A truly exceptional stay at Uppolis House in Syros Uppolis House is an absolute gem. Perched above Ermoupolis, it offers breathtaking views of the town, the sea, and nearby islands like Mykonos, Naxos, and Tinos. The house itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could imagine — and more. It's clear that great care has gone into every detail. Aggeliki is a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

I would have loved to stay there longer! This stay and especially this Airbnb has paid off every second! The hospitality of the people on site, but also the business opportunities, were more than special. I recommend renting a scooter or car and exploring the island! The capital, Athens, was also very easy and inexpensive to reach. A ferry ride where you can simply enjoy the surroundings and a bus ride through the streets of Athens and you are, for example, at the Acrapolis, Monastiraki. Would go back there next time and explore even more. Thank you for everything!!

Ideal apartment in very central location. Demitros went above and beyond in helping get us to the ferry on time and then going back to get our passports that we stupidly forgot. He modestly used the term Philoxenia in acceptance of our huge appreciation.

The apartment was close to the airport which was great for our early morning flight. The hosts were there to meet us and provide recommendations for dinner. We took the local bus to the beach in the afternoon and had excellent Souvlaki at the restaurant down the road from the apartment for dinner. Would recommend this apartment, if you need to be close to the airport to accommodate flight schedules.
