Le loft d’une superficie de 105 m2 est situé face à la baie de Txingudi, il possède une grande terrasse avec vue sur laquelle vous pourrez déjeuner et un balcon ombragé sur lequel vous pourrez prendre votre café. Tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. Il y a également un parking gratuit et sécurisé. Une aire de jeux est située en bas de l’appartement. Quartier très calme.
