Ron has been the most helpful and responsive host we have ever had. We stayed for 2 months and it was a comfortable spot for us. I work remotely and we didn’t have issues with the WiFi. The neighborhood is very walkable and lovely. All of Ron’s local recommendations were spot on! We would definitely stay again!

Ron's condo is quiet, comfortable, and really convenient to the heart of Tacoma. The combination of the cozy interior and quiet setting, with the ability to go quickly to sights and good food is exceptional. The interior is spacious and feels "full-sized" compared to some alternatives with the same specs.

Was a bit put off by the buildings decor nd diamond plating in the bathroom.. aside from that it was great. Albeit can be somewhat of a sketchy neighborhood late at night, and wokeup to a parking ticket on my car, I would stay again.

Safe neighborhood just outside the city. Great place to just relax during your travels. Comfy beds.

Great location, wonderful neighborhood! It was walking distance to where I have been working. Very safe! I lived the patio with a great view of the harbor. Great value!!

We kind of took over, we arrived with multiple dogs and he was very accommodating. We left super early on the 4th some of us driving and some of us flying. We enjoyed our stay and allowed me to visit with my son as well. Great time very decent accommodations.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Staying at The Willy was an absolute pleasure. Jetta is a fantastic host who clearly puts a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming space. The place felt so homely and comfortable, with thoughtful extra touches that really made it stand out. The kitchenette was perfect, well-equipped and great for light meal, and the yard was a lovely bonus. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still super close to The Landing and the freeway, which made getting around really easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We ended up staying over 4 months after water damage in our home. We felt very lucky to find this place for us and our cats. The place is beautiful, with hardwood floors and brick features. Travis was super responsive when anything came up. Shout-out to Brad for all his help. The condo is also well-apportioned, with cleaning supplies, towels, etc., which we appreciated in our 4+ month stay.

Great stay! We just needed a place for the night before our flight took off, which was delayed. The host was very responsive & we deeply appreciate how accommodating they were! Would definitely stay again while visiting the area or passing thru!

Perfect for 2 couples (and 2 dogs!). Back yard was fenced which was great- easy access from a bedroom. Comfortable living space was perfect for our group to socialize. Would stay again!

Good value, responsive hosts. Only negative is it is noisy, so be aware if you’re setting up a temp office, but I managed fine. Great hosts.

Comfortable and nice kitchen area.

Overall, excellent accommodations for the value. Location is 12 minute walk downhill to SeaTac/Airport Link Station, where there is a 46 minute train ride to U-District at all times of day under normal circumstances. Bathroom cleanliness is as good as a typical private residence. Mattress feels worn down when I attempt to sleep on my back, but side sleeping is okay. Room is exceptionally cool when outside high temperature is below 22c/72f, great for a reprieve from warm days. Communication was stellar. Host took time to know guests. Recommended for long term stays.

We were in town for a week and were perfectly comfortable in this unit. The condo was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans and everything you might need to bake or cook. There are many thoughtful additions as well. Keurig coffee pods, water dispenser, paper products, hand soaps, hair dryer. Location is blocks from Lake Sammamish State Park, minutes from Costco Corporate, and easy access to I90 if you’re heading to Bellevue or Seattle. Plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shopping are nearby. A personal suggestion would be for some nice comfy chairs for the balcony. Danielle was great as a host and welcomed us at check in. She answered any and all questions we had and welcomed our elderly dog as well. We love the Seattle area and this is a great option for a home away from home.

Our stay in SeaTac was very nice. The Airbnb Home was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were very nice and there was a television in each bedroom, plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook for our three day stay as well as extras for coffee and drinks, I highly recommend and would book while visiting in the Seattle area again.

Coach is a great person and has a great place

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a month. Szymon was very friendly and responsive, house was clean and equipped for long term stay.

Kory was a wonderful host who was highly communicative and ensured we had what we needed at check in and check out. We came in town for the Apple Cup at Lumen and a few games at T-Mobile and the location is an easy 10 min Uber. We left the Friday mariners game early but got to see all the fireworks from the balcony. Perfect spot if your plans include SoDo. Thank you, Kory!
