great spot and location, a lot of outdoor seating to enjoy the late summer nights. There's a covered seating area that makes a nice combined indoor-outdoor space. Area was very quiet but also close to main strip and the water.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in town. The condo was exactly what we needed — clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing after long days taking care of business. The view of the Puget Sound was absolutely stunning. We loved watching the boats go by — it really made the space feel like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort and great scenery in North Tacoma!

Ron's condo is quiet, comfortable, and really convenient to the heart of Tacoma. The combination of the cozy interior and quiet setting, with the ability to go quickly to sights and good food is exceptional. The interior is spacious and feels "full-sized" compared to some alternatives with the same specs.

What a wonderful stay! This lovely townhouse was the perfect home base for our family of six while visiting loved ones in the area. The home was beautifully decorated, and we especially appreciated the open-concept kitchen—it made cooking and gathering together so enjoyable. The living room furniture was cozy and inviting, and the bedrooms offered restful nights with their comfortable mattresses. We were grateful for the air-conditioning, the well-stocked kitchen, and the thoughtful touch of laundry detergent in the spacious laundry room. Nothing was lacking—it truly felt like a home away from home. And the view of Mount Rainier from the balcony? Absolutely stunning! Thank you for creating such a comfortable and welcoming space. We stayed in at this location for a graduation in the area. The condo was in a great location and walkable to some cute local restaurants and bars. We took a lovely walk down to see the water as well. The condo itself was wonderful! it was bright, spacious and clean. They number of appliances and dishes in the kitchen were so helpful with cooking and cutting cost of eating out every meal - we loved the kitchen. We also greatly enjoyed the outdoor space each morning with our coffee. We will visit the area again and would love to say here!

Comfortable spot, neighborhood is ok (not great), could use some nicer sheets but the pillows and bed are so comfortable. All is very clean! Olive oil provided would be nice too 😀 everything else was great

We stayed at Travis’s place for an entire month and the place was perfect for an extended stay. We had plenty of room and supplies. Travis also supplied a parking pass at a nearby garage which was extremely helpful. Yes- the neighborhood can be loud but it was also convenient to have so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Travis does supply a white noise machine and the bedroom is in the back. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t have any issues (other than Cinco De Mayo). If you are looking for a great place to stay and are familiar with urban living then this is a perfect place for you!

I had a wonderful stay at the condominium in the Walker Building in Tacoma. The space was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully laid out, and offered a great sense of privacy and quiet—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Everything about the stay felt smooth and comfortable, and the building itself is in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

We were visiting family in Tacoma, so staying near by was the best option. We came home late often but felt safe. Great condo in a beautiful neighborhood with the best views of the bay. Ron communicated well with all the necessary info/issues. Check out his recommendations in his guidebook. Would definitely stay again!

This property is the perfect base for all Tacoma activities, with an incredible view as a bonus.

Ron has been the most helpful and responsive host we have ever had. We stayed for 2 months and it was a comfortable spot for us. I work remotely and we didn’t have issues with the WiFi. The neighborhood is very walkable and lovely. All of Ron’s local recommendations were spot on! We would definitely stay again!

Was a bit put off by the buildings decor nd diamond plating in the bathroom.. aside from that it was great. Albeit can be somewhat of a sketchy neighborhood late at night, and wokeup to a parking ticket on my car, I would stay again.

Great location, wonderful neighborhood! It was walking distance to where I have been working. Very safe! I lived the patio with a great view of the harbor. Great value!!
