House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

Accommodation as advertised. It has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. We were 10 adults, 2 kids and a baby, the space is spacious and comfortable. All bedrooms are comfortable and complete. The kitchen is also very complete, with high chair for baby. It has two air conditioners, one in the kitchen and the other in the hallway, they do their paper in the hottest times. It is close to Los Percheles beach, it is convenient to drive in the heat but you arrive in less than 5 minutes and it is easy to park, during the week there were very few people. About 20 minutes from Mazarrón with Mercadona to buy. Because of putting any sticks, it needs dishwashers. It would be a perfect house if it had a pool. 100% recommended.

Great apartment with huge terazza. Nice neighbourhood close to the beaches and supermarkets. Really convenient basement for car. Including also nice pool area for the residents. Joaquin was really friendly and helpful and gave us lot of good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended!

Relaxation near the city, the beach and nature

We spent a wonderful 10 days in the cottage as a family. What a lovely and beautiful cottage. Not super big, but enough space for outdoor living, because you can do that fantastically well there. A wonderful swimming pool, outdoor shower (lovely in the early morning between the bird sounds showering) beds, hammock, chairs, cozy speakers outside for a background music, you name it. An excellent base for various cities, villages and beaches. Beautiful environment (due to a lot of sun, but dry). The only downside is the barking dogs in the neighborhood. They can't do anything, but you can hear them going off quite a bit from time to time. But good for the cottage and the area, you really don't have to leave it there. In the morning, you will be awakened by the singing birds, the peacocks nearby and occasionally the donkey further on. Wonderful sounds! Highly recommended for a short, but also for a longer period! Thanks again for a wonderful holiday Michuel and Emilia!

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.
