Villa holiday rentals in Punta Prima

Absolutely amazing place and stay. Highlights were pool, sauna and home cinema, but everything else we're spot on as well, from comfortable beds to cleanliness and level of quality. Hosts were amazing and everything worked perfectly, even when the reservation was done on the day of arrival, only couple of hours before arriving to the house. Thank you for a beautiful experience in a fantastic house.

We were blown away by the location, cleanliness and amenities. Great check in, quality beds and furniture plus access to full laundry provision. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the icing on the cake. Wonderful for a large or extended family to create memories

Recommended! We spent 4 days in the house, comfortable, there was everything, it allowed our dog to come, pool and private garden. It's a relaxed area if that's what you're looking for. He also let us leave two hours later and always answered very quickly.

I would definitely recommend the Villa, It was beautiful and everything was perfect. Natali was a brilliant host and I couldn't have asked for more. The villa is amazing and the photos do not do it justice, it is a perfect location and everything you want is within walking distance. Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

This is a family villa and helped us all settle very easily. All you need to have a great holiday with the pool, hot tub, roof top solarium, BBQ, music system, fully equipped kitchen including the basics to cook the usual Spanish/english meals to sit and enjoy outside or inside. In fact we hardly left the villa it was so well equipped and maintained.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Ray and Nance are great hosts, meeting us at the property on arrival and showing us round. The property has everything you could possibly need and the beds are super comfortable too! We hope to return next year for 2 weeks this time!

A group of 6 friends had a fantastic stay in the incredibly beautiful house of Stig! Nice outdoor area, good sun loungers and pool. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen. Otherwise, we were not indoors much. Nice location in a quiet and calm area. The only thing we missed was a bread knife and a parasol/pergola 😅 Stig is a very nice and welcoming host, responded quickly to questions and gave good tips for restaurants. A little tip for other travelers; allow plenty of time to get a taxi! We had a great time and would love to rent the house on another occasion!! ❤️🤩🍾

Beautiful villa. It’s got all you want. We went with the family and grandchildren. Just great for all of us. The villa has got all you need. A 15mins walk to Cabo roig where restaurants are but nice walk. We had shopping delivered which was fabulous and it was put away for us. Communication with David was fabulous, any questions we had he got back very quickly so thank you. Beach a couple of minutes walk. Lovely beach. Market on a Thursday. A great place for big families. Really relaxing. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

We had an amazing time! Lovely home situated in a residential complex with an amazing pool! 💕 Supermarket just around the corner which had everything we wanted and the bus stop is not far if you want to venture out for the day. Ela is a great host and very responsive - will certainly return!

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous home and guess made feel at home from the moment we arrived. We are a family of seven and loved this home which was very comfortable. When we arrived there was fresh bread and beers in the fridge along with some wine. When we left we also left some bits for the next guess as there’s nothing like a cold drink when you arrive after a flight. Great location nearby for snorkelling and local beaches. Excellent pool ideal for your family and very safe. The strip is only 20mins walk away and very busy in the season. Taxis can be hard to come by in the season so prepare to walk. We would recommend a 5min walk to the local small bar and cafe Pampa. Very friendly staff nice cold drinks and snack food any time of the day. This is the perfect location for a family holiday a chance to spend some quality time together there are plenty of towels for the beach. The hosts are very friendly which you would expect for Irish people. Their pool guy is also very helpful with local advice and a chat

The house looks better than in the photos. Spacious and clean spaces. The ability to either completely open the room (almost all glass fences are fully sliding) or super private (there are blinds on all windows). A clean outdoor pool that is automatically cleaned several times a day. Open roof, which allows you to sunbathe the whole day. A supermarket with groceries and a family restaurant are within a walking distance.

Very nice and clean house. The pool is fantastic. Very quiet area with a lot of privacy. By car, near El Rebollo beach, a beautiful place. Rita, the person who takes care of the house, is very kind. Definitely a good house to spend a few days with the family and enjoy the pool and surroundings.

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa close to all amenities, the description is accurate and the pool is excellent! No neighbors opposite and the neighborhood is very good. Local shops and the sea are 10 minutes away by car. What more can I say, except EXCELLENT 👌🏼

Fabulous villa in an exclusive setting. Good gym, restaurants (which also do buffet breakfast) at the clubhouse and the associated WoW beach club were great additions to our stay. The villa had everything you needed to make the stay great and has been kept spotless compared to some of the other villas that we have rented in Las Colinas. There was a charcoal barbecue which we found useful. The pool and sun-lounger towel/covers were a real success.

We had a wonderful at this home from home. Marius was always very helpful and responsive to our questions. The place had everything you needed and more, there was an abundance of everything. Pool right on your door step and in a lovely gated community really close to a number of bars & restaurants. Was well loved by both kids & adults! (though the kids weren’t allowed inflatables in the pool, just worth noting for those who have energetic kids who love the pool!)

We had an amazing time whilst staying here. The villa was in a lovely, quiet location just 10 minutes away from local bars & restaurants. Inside the villa was clean and had everything we needed just as described on the listing and in the photos. Check-in & check-out was simple and easy. We'd definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Pamela was so friendly and helpful from start to finish, her housekeeper was also so friendly who we met to get the keys and so accommodating! The house is even bigger than the pictures and is perfect for a family holiday. The area is quiet which was perfect as we had 3 small little ones with us. The outdoor area was a game changer and the house is fitted with lots of smart TVs which was great for movies for the kids in the evening. I will 100% be booking this again for my family holiday next year!
