Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta Islita

I stayed at Marilin’s place for a month and absolutely enjoyed it. The place was exactly as described and the location was perfect! Just a few minutes from the beach and close to the main road with shops and restaurants. Marilin was a super helpful host, and she made sure my stay was perfect from begging to end. I can only recommend staying at Marilins place.

Beautiful home and has everything you need! The host was responsive and accommodating during the duration of our stay. Multiple beaches 5-10 minutes away. You will definitely need a 4x4 to get to the Airbnb as most roads in Nosara are extremely rough. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

Place is great! Safe, walking distance to everything, and loved sitting on the outdoor patio.

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience in Nosara and cannot wait to come back. Staying at the Surf Shack made my trip. It was walkable to so many great food places, the beach and shops. Tatiana’s recommendations were also so helpful and she really went above and beyond to help me set up a few things for my stay. I am a solo female traveler and I felt so safe the entire time here. Incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I am very grateful.

I absolutely love it there! It was stylish yet simple, lots of natural light, quiet and walkable. Esperanza was really helpful and accommodating ! I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Sehr schöne Wohnung und toller Pool. Wir waren 2 Päarchen und hatten die untere Wohnung gemietet. Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine hat Mike zeitnah gelöst. Ausserdem konnten wir Sonnenschirme und Stühle sowie ein Bodyboard von ihm ausleihen. Toller Aufenthalt - Auto jedoch empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung oben am Hang liegt.

Nuestra estancia en familia estuvo excelente, la casa amplia, moderna y muy bien decorada, con todo lo necesario en la cocina para preparar toda clase de alimentos, piscina amplia y espacios en el patio trasero que da al mar para descansar o compartir con los tuyos; justo frente al mar por lo que desde casi todas las áreas de la casa se puede apreciar con facilidad . Nos encantó y esperamos poder volver muy pronto. Recomendada 100%

This home had beautiful views, a wonderful staff, and was a superb find for our family’s Christmas vacation. Santa Teresa is amazing and we had some of the best food on vacation ever! Our host , Brano was very responsive and our local helpers were amazing. There is a housekeeping staff on site, but they respect your privacy and keep watch over the property. They brought us extra towels when needed and were overall extremely respectful and helpful. For those traveling to this location, I strongly recommend either a car or ATVs as the home is located up a steep driveway. It is walkable (and there are 150 stairs to use instead) but to do this on a daily basis, you would have to be pretty fit and young. In addition, there are stairs from the driveway to get down to the house and these would not be appropriate for anyone with balance or stability issues. They were fine for us at 50 years old, but should be a consideration for anyone with walking or stability issues. We had a great time!

The house is nicer then the pictures! Early check-in was a plus. Secluded, no neighbors. Safe, private parking✅ Nice view✅ Hot water✅ Strong AC✅

We had the most incredible time at this gorgeous spot. Daniella was wonderful to deal with, so easy to get a hold of, attentive and great to chat with. Always had excellent suggestions and recommendations, she made our stay feel so easy and she was so accommodating. The house is very well thought out, spacious beyond what the photos show and the most amazing backyard filled with howler monkeys throughout the trees that greet you in the mornings and afternoons. Had absolutely everything you could think of needing for a relaxing adults trip. A 5 minute drive to the beach town of Samara, which was wonderful to adventure around, so many great beach bars and open market style restaurants with fantastic food! Heritage Bar was a favourite with some of the best burgers and Indian food I’ve ever had! Only 10 minutes to playa carillo. I wish we had booked this spot for longer!

We had a great time, everything was perfect.We loved the pool and the casita was perfect for my 25 years old daughter. The view was incredible. There was construction near by but it wasn’t loud. It didn’t affect our vacation. I loved the kitchen, it was really well equipped! We highly recommend La Caza de Paz and we would come back for sure!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful retreat! The location is simply amazing, the views of the valley were breathtaking and we loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean view! We enjoyed the drive into Samara each day, and there were 2 amazing beaches just a few minutes from the house! The howler monkeys were everyone's highlight as they came to visit the surrounding trees a few times. The hosts were amazing and the property manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. We simply can't say enough about this place, and we're already looking at the calendar to see when we can return for another stay!

We have enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place a lot. It truly felt like a home with lots of appliances and all was super tidy and clean. I will be staying here again for sure! Thank you Chris :)

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Marisa est incroyable! Elle a même ajouté du mobilier avant notre arrivée pour nous accommoder afin qu’on puisse prendre des repas à 4 autour d’une table dehors comme en-dedans. Super bien décoré. Végétation nous faisant sentir bien. Très bien isolé à l’intérieur pour ne pas entendre les quads qui passent sur la rue principale. Nous avons adoré!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y, además, era comodísimo. La decoración es bellísima, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

Endroit très relax pour terminer un séjour de 15 jours au Costa Rica. Condo très bien situé et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Vous pouvez marcher aisément jusqu’à la plage

El lugar cumplió nuestras expectativas , tuvimos la oportunidad de ir caminando a la playa por lo cerca que queda. El acceso fué fácil y hay comercios (restaurantes , coffee shops , supermercados, etc) bastante cerca. Mi esposo y yo la pasamos excelente ! Gracias a ambos por la atención y pronta respuesta.

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.
