Very comfortable; clean and quiet.

If you are looking to disconnect and stay in a quiet place, away from the noise and eccentricities, with a beautiful view and at the foot of the sea (direct access a few steps from the patio door) pool that is half jacuzzi... I blindly recommend this place. It is the same or better than in the photos: it has a shower for hot water, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a room with a large closet and a master bed; in the living room there is a window that connects to the balcony, they have a TV with access to streaming accounts and two sofa/beds, that is, you can go to sleep with a tremendous view of the sea. The hosts were very friendly and attentive from start to finish, super flexible, and made everything easy for us.

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The location of the best of Salinas, in front of Chichipe beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. Impeccable bathrooms, spacious and good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and pending, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for it additionally. In his apartment I felt at home and I am a very delicate guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would return without thinking! And I recommend it if you travel as a family and want to have a perfect, calm and very comfortable time.

We really enjoyed the stay, everything was nice, functional and impeccable inside the apartment and the social area was great. The host's attention was very kind.

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well-decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommended.

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

Excellent location, a very quiet area, the place is very nice and close to everything, all the furniture and utensils are new, communication with the host is very good!

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

One of the best places to stay in Santa Elena, the whole place is very comfortable and in an excellent location due to its proximity to the beach, totally recommended and we hope to return soon 🙏🏼

Without hesitation I would return to the same place, very friendly people, clean and without a lot of crowds, very comfortable, clean and equipped apartment. Highly recommended
