Secluded White Sandy beach just 30 steps away

Enjoy the 17% discount (as I pay the taxes out of the proceeds of your payment unlike most other listings that add it on) Don’t be fooled by the other smaller studios with just a niche that barely fits a bed. This is the largest true one bedroom model at Pats. This beautiful beachfront condo is the most preferred unit located at the far end on the ground floor just 30 steps to the powdery white sand beach with the only door facing East. Assigned parking close by. Avoid lengthy elevator waits

Very comfortable home, window units available, but you might rather open the five sets of French Doors & sliding glass door to enjoy the trade winds and ocean sounds. Great fishing right outside the back of the house. Ten minutes from the Polynesian Culture center and great food options. Great Thai food, malasadas, and Dole ice cream. Short drive to North Shore.

A hidden gem on the North Shore. The cottage is located on a private, gated, 2 acre ocean front property in the quiet and peaceful area of Mokuleia. The beach is the most secluded on the North Shore as there is no public access so at times it is just you and the lone turtle sunbathing on the beach. The cottage has top of the line appliances, sub-zero and viking. The bed feels like heaven and you have your choice of soaking in the free standing tub or showering under the stars.

This end unit has 3 sets of doors to bring in the light, and the beautiful trade winds. It has the largest lanai in the building. Note: This building is undergoing work that may involve noise at times. If you choose to stay and find the noise to be unacceptable, please contact me and a full refund will be given for any unoccupied nights. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the relaxing north east shore of Oahu, you're a minutes walk across the street to a beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach. Or take a drive 15 minutes up the road to the world famous surfing beaches of the north shore. If you want to stay in a bit, no problem either. Completely redone in 2022, this one bedroom apartment has a light modern feel that makes it a pleasure to just hang around.
