The house also has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and towels. The development, 500 meters from the beach, has two swimming pools and a beautiful common area. I don't have parking and I don't allow pets.

The place was great. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all kinds of amenities. The unbeatable location and everything very close. What I liked the most is that it was a quiet development and we could relax and enjoy the pool at the same time. I would definitely repeat with the place. It's been a fantastic experience!

Francisco’s place is located in a very nice urbanization with an enormous swimming pool! It is also close to the beach! Francisco is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and give suggestions on things to do in the area. The inside of the apartment is decorated with taste and is very comfortable. The air conditioning was definitely a plus!

Had a fantastic stay here, great value and a fantastic location, everything you’d need is in the apartment, there is two terraces which are a real treat, great place to sit in the morning and watch the sun rise! I needed to extend the stay, this is of course subject to availability, but it was no problem at all, very responsive hosts. I would recommend this and I’d be happy to return.

On behalf of our entire family, we thank Andres, Maria Carmen, and her husband Alejandro for such a warm welcome! Everything was great! The apartment is clean, well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Towels, blankets, changeable bed linen sets - everything is provided to the smallest detail and in abundance! The decor is of high quality and everything is tastefully designed. We hardly used the air conditioner, because when we opened the windows, a fresh sea breeze blew throughout the apartment. The apartment's terrace is huge, equipped with beautiful and comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time on the terrace! And this view of the sea! This is a separate delight! I also want to add about the beautiful well-groomed and beautiful territory of the complex. Four swimming pools, a perfect green lawn, umbrellas, and the complex's own enclosed area, as well as private parking. The sea is right behind the complex. The beach is sandy, the coastline is wide, the sea is pleasant! The list of advantages of this wonderful apartment is endless. You will be delighted, believe me!

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. The apartment is great, perfectly located, quiet area and 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Everything in the house was in perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. Communication with Maria Jose was excellent at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to have a great vacation. We loved it!
