The EASTSIDE unit is one of two in a large duplex house; both have two levels and separate entrances. The upper level has its own deck and a bedroom with a king-sized bed (bed bridge), and a 3/4 bath with shower. The lower level has a spacious deck, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a half bath, and an open-plan with a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen.
