Villa holiday rentals in Puerto Diablo

We had a great stay at this Airbnb tucked away on a private dirt road—it really gave us that authentic small-town Puerto Rico feel. Place looked exactly like the photos and had an incredible view. The house had everything you could need, and the owners were super quick to respond/helpful. The only thing to note is that there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our visit, but that’s just nature doing its thing. There are many beautiful, swimmable beaches within a short drive. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd definitely come back!

Amazing place to stay! Overall we had an amazing time in Culebra. It is worth noting that you should definitely rent a golf cart or vehicle. We did a golf cart and it was great and cost effective. Without one it’s almost impossible to get around everywhere and in to town. The beaches are beautiful and the Airbnb came with many amenities. Make sure to get food in town as it’s about a 12 minute drive from the ferry and there’s nothing near the Airbnb. Overall absolutely amazing and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Eckard and Frankie's place. It is rustic but cute and cozy. The view is lovely. It can get pretty warm in there but nice to be able to cool off in the bedrooms. The upstairs AC seemed to be more effective than the downstairs one. The host is overseas, so there can be a delay in replies with the time zone differences, but he is responsive. The beds were too firm for us and recommend adding toppers. It can be tricky to get the hot water started and then challengeling to keep it at a comfortable temperature. The place was well stocked other than you might need to bring your own coffee filters. They have a water filter that was nice to have and cuts down on plastic waste as there is no recycling on the island. Overall, we recommend this Airbnb!

We had a nice stay. The property had nice views of the ocean. It was very quiet. The only downsides were that it wasn’t convenient getting into town and back. The pool was closed and the surrounding properties had a lot of damage. The host was very helpful and kind.

You couldn’t find a better place to stay in Culebra! My favorite part was the view- I could stay on the porch all day. Being close to Zoni Beach was another huge plus. We were also thankful for the clean, comfortable space as well as the beach gear provided. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family of 8 stayed here to attend a wedding in and loved it. Charming and quaint - the view and property were wonderful and gave us space to either be together or have our own space. Stephanie and Joey were both very responsive and helpful every step of the way.

This place is perfect for a small group! The rooms are big and the beds are the most comfortable ones ever! The place was a bit hard to find based on the AirBnB instructions, but Ed was very responsive and redirected us. The place is really close to downtown, and it’s quiet with beautiful views of the beach. Stay here if you are visiting Vieques!

Our stay at Villa Coqui on the island of Culebra was absolutely wonderful! Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, the villa offers breathtaking views that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat after our island adventures. One of our favorite spots was the patio—it’s not only stunning but also perfectly shaded, allowing us to relax and take in the scenery without worrying about the sun. The peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave! Our host, Michelle, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She met us in town and guided us to the property, giving us a warm welcome and a thorough tour of the villa. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and beaches, which made exploring the island even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and well-hosted stay in Culebra, Villa Coqui is the perfect choice.

Amazing place! We came with a group of adults, and each room was very private and had individual lock codes on each door. Gaddiel was very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and would recommend to groups of all sizes!

The pictures can't do justice to what the actual view is from the living room. Spectacular! Loved waking up every day to see the ocean. Maybe not the rooster so much(LOL), but with that view it didn’t matter. Also loved the visiting horses. The place was very accommodating and comfortable. Hanna, the property manager, was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to another guest.

With stunning ocean views five minutes drive from town, this home provided a comfortable place to relax and hang out with a large family. Our host’s overview of Vieques and recommendations were excellent. Our teen aged and college aged children are already making plans to return.

Our stay at El Colmado was lovely. We rented all three apartments for our family. Every part of the property felt thoughtfully curated, featuring beautiful vintage furniture and ceramics that gave the space so much character and charm. The kitchens were equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the delightful setting. A standout surprise was the indoor hammock, which became a favorite spot for relaxing. The pool was both refreshing and serene. The location was convenient. We found ourselves taking several pleasant daily walks to Isabella II. El Colmado is a truly special place to stay on Vieques.

Great hosts, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is central and close to great restaurants, food trucks, bars, and the beach. It’s tucked away and private so it’s very quiet and peaceful. At night you can see all of the stars. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and the grill, they also had beach chairs we could use. Very nice stay especially for the price. Definitely recommend.

The location was in the mountains its a distance to get to esperanza shopping grocery and beaches The house was fabulous pool was fantastic we had a great evening at the house AC only in the bedrooms The surroundings full of vegetation mango trees quenepas and more the outdoors was surreal and the cat was a added perk Over all we felt at home kitchen was overwhelming had almost all you need Joey was available over the phone had COVID thats what he said Check out was sharp 11:00am rush time no extension We loved it thank you for sharing your house with my family

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, peaceful property. The owner checked us in in person and gave us the tour. Lots of space, very clean, and everything you could need to feel at home. The outdoor grilling area, pavilion and pool were really nice to use. Great view of the ocean and small beach (rocky so really only for walking with shoes) . We would return!

Being beachfront was amazing with a quick drive into town and everywhere else to explore the island. The pool and grill set up were fantastic! We squeezed every minute out of our stay!

Jerome and David were incredibly responsive and informative with the PDFs they sent of the home and local amenities. My group enjoyed their stay and loved the serenity of the location and the comfort of the entire home. Jerome was awesome with accommodating our later check-out! I appreciate the hospitality!

We just got back from an amazing trip to Vieques where our group of ten stayed at El Cerro. We all had such a wonderful time and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Driving through Esperanza you can see the Rock House at the top of the hill overlooking the town, it literally looks like a castle rising above. As you are riding up the driveway, you truly feel like you have entered your own private tropical paradise, complete w starfruit and mango trees, and wild horses grazing just on the other side of the fence line. When we arrived, Kaitlyn met us w a basket of fruit and all sorts of helpful tips, restaurant recommendations, and interesting island facts and information. We rented the Rock House and the Pool House for 6 adults and 4 kids (aged 4-10) and it was the perfect amt of space. We would spend all day exploring the beaches and the island, and finish off every afternoon/evening at the pool. Both the houses had everything that we could have wanted cooking equipment wise and had a well working washer and dryer, which made things much easier. They were also well stocked w pool noodles, beach towels and beach chairs and even a beach cooler. Even though we were there in June and the Rock House has no a/c we did not find we needed it...it would get warm during the middle of the day, but at night w the windows and doors open there was a nice breeze and it was not bad at all. We found one of our favorite things to do was just to sit on the front porch upstairs w a cup of Puerto Rican coffee and watch the morning light and the town wake up. It was such a relaxing way to start the day! We also had the fortune of meeting Christian several times during our week long stay, when he would stop by to clean the pool or drop something off and he was so friendly and helpful...full of recommendations and information and even loaned my husband a pair of sunglasses to borrow when my husband temporarily lost his and we were supposed to go sailing for the day! All in all one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever had the fortune of finding and hope to get the chance to visit again. If you are considering staying here, just do it, you will not be disappointed!

I was beyond amazed by how beautiful and peaceful this home was. I was lucky to have Tracy stay within the property and she was beyond amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and if you’re hesitant to book, don’t be! You won’t regret it.
