Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Cancún

This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

excellent stay in Cancun, the accommodation is in a great location, nearby you will find a shopping center, restaurants, a park with lots of small stalls , entertainment and restaurants. the accommodation is large, clean , the pool is really a very pleasant plus. we stayed with two in this accommodation, we felt like we were at home. it has a washing machine available to you, lots of towels, shampoo, after shampoo, shower gel... everything to make your accommodation, the ideal accommodation. the host is very responsive. if I come back to Cancun I will come back to this accommodation which had been our favorite of the departure and is even more so today. the place is really better in real life than in the photo. do not hesitate if you are looking for a quiet little corner on Cancun with pool and all amenities nearby.

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Our stay at Guillermos place was nice...It looks like the pictures...Guillermo was helpfull and always there if we needed him...We would definetly recommend it...The neibourhood was quiet and safe...10 fingers💪🤗

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Ale was always on the lookout for everything, he informed me of all the details, the place was very clean, spacious, just like in the photos, very safe, I highly recommend it and of course I would return.

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security personnel at the entrance are very courteous. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but is comparatively expensive. The return journey is going well with Uber.

The place is amazing, it has a beautiful view, too bad I won the room with a window to the sea but I recommend it 100% super quiet, you feel at home. I would definitely stay with her again.

The area has always seemed very quiet and safe to me, the place was impeccable, I think the photos do not do justice to how spacious and beautiful the apartment is. The terrace with pool is exclusive to the apartment, this surprised us as we thought it was shared with the building. Juan Carlos was very attentive, he welcomed us with a nice touch, he even left us a grill and charcoal ready, and he also gave us good recommendations for restaurants, as well as a contact to do tours at a very good price. I highly recommend the place, Juan Carlos and his wife make you feel at home.

Will come again, this space was beautiful and well maintained. Nearly 15-25 minutes away from everything. Edain was a very cool person, very responsive when questions needed to be answered. The room was excellent. Other people that was staying at the estate , you’ll barely know anybody is staying there because everybody leaving different times and getting up different times so everything will just be quiet most of the time.

My family and I had a blast. We all felt right at home. The place is safe and everyone was so nice. The kids loved that it had a clean pool. The place was close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and the strip. We would recommend this place to anyone.

A wonderful gem near Puerto Juarez! We stayed here for one night returning from Isla Mujeres and it was perfect. The hosts were so kind and met us to bring keys, give a tour, and make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. Bathroom was spotless and had basic amenities. I prefer a larger bed but it was ok for one night, and would be perfect for one person. Fantastic common areas! A beautiful large pool with a sitting area on the ground floor and a small pool on the roof were both fantastic. Very, very clean and well kept. Even a vending machine with snacks, beers, and drinks was available. Very thoughtful design and we enjoyed spending the next morning by the pool. It is a modest location with nearby local restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Would return for another stay before/after visiting Isla Mujeres!

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete, just like the description! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is a lot to do in the region. Abril is an excellent host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself

This was a last minute rental for us and we were so pleased! It is even nicer than the pictures, very nicely decorated. We would have stayed longer if we could! Watching the sunrise over the lagoon with my cup of coffee on the porch was a highlight for me. Our kids played in the pool for hours, definitely a highlight for them Important to note, it is upstairs with no elevator. This was fine for us, but important for those with mobility issues to note.
