James was a fantastic host! Couldn’t have been luckier I am so glad I booked this villa!! The villa was absolutely beautiful and the photos do not do it justice the place is unreal and James was the best host I’ve ever encountered he is so professional he goes above and beyond for every single request throughout your whole stay and tends to your every need! He is a fantastic businessman and the best host on air bnb I’ve ever had!! An absolute pleasure staying in your villa and I would recommended James and his property company to everyone for air bnb rentals or even purchases in Spain he’s portfolio is unmatched and he is the perfect man behind the business!! A beautiful villa. The perfect retreat, a peaceful location that is still close to all of the luxurious amenities of Puerto Banus and Marvell. RNTLS Marbella have been excellent from start to finish, professional, friendly and always available. We look forward to returning.

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Photos just can’t do it justice -it was even better than expected,the pool and outside area was absolutely incredible and very stunning, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The villa itself feels very modern but also very homely and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are great sizes and felt very clean.There was 7 of us and we felt like we had a lot of room and loved that there was lots of space for us to all sit together.We all couldn’t believe how stunning this villa is and the location is just perfect,right by the beach and very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by and not far from Puerto Banús (10/15 minute drive).There is also a Lidl and other supermarkets about a 10 minute walk and a petrol station about a 5 minute walk which came in handy to pick up water and essentials.Jon was an amazing host, very kind and his communication was excellent.We all miss the villa already!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mijas! The location is perfect — peaceful and private, with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the golf courses. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, with large rooms and a very comfortable common area. The pool is big and perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful villa with beautiful environments and views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland, very pleasant flower gardens. The villa is very comfortable, including bedding, and very well equipped, especially if you are traveling with children or a baby. José was very welcoming, and very available if needed. Flexible checkout and return for us, which was a real plus compared to our flights. Very beautiful area to discover. Recommended!

We had a wonderful week. Heated pool was perfect for the kids, they bathed all day and we adults also enjoyed ourselves. The house is big enough for two families with children. Great hosting, got quick answers to questions we had during our stay. Reccommended highly.

I booked Isabelle’s place for a long weekend with the girls and we absolutely loved it! Amazing outdoor space and facilities, right by the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Would highly recommend and definitely consider re-booking.

Villa was stunning in a newly developed extremely private gated area. Villa was very spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and modern, the outdoor areas maintained well, enjoyed the table tennis and pool was a great size for activity - we paid extra for pool heating and would recommend this even when the weather is warm. Host was very helpful in arrival details and offered airport transfers and other services and very responsive to messages if any help was needed, we had a slight issue with a neighbour but absolutely no fault of the host and was super helpful to offer assistance so no problem with the villa whatsoever. Would recommend a car rental as it is hard to walk up hill in heat and taxis struggle or refuse to get in/out of gates and very long steep walk to the nearest shop but only a short drive from Banús and other areas and beaches so overall a good location only 10 mins from everything Would certainly return, everything was great, well priced and overall great trip

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

We really had a top holiday. Spacious house lovely swimming pool. Lovely garden. Nice bathrooms. Rustic furniture, but they are typical Spanish so we thought it was fine and atmospheric. Kitchen a little dated but everything works and plenty of stuff available for 12 people such as glasses, plates, pans, bowls, cutlery. To the cozy harbor of Puerto Banus, you can walk within 20 minutes to the weekly market where everything is for sale is 5 minutes away. Restaurantjes shops supermarket also within walking distance. The first part is a climb but fine to do. In short, top house top location and a fantastic holiday! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place. Perfect location and some old world Spanish charm. Great kitchen , garden and pool. Plenty of privacy. 5 min walk to supermarkets - 3 min walk to a beautiful beach and promenade. We will book again. I couldn't fault this space.

We stayed for 3 nights. A great villa with plenty of space, well maintained and well located. Sebastian was very communicative and accommodating.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting. We absolutely loved our time here and it has everything you could want. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated and was a little too cold for us to use. We had a brilliant time and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Just spent a lovely long weekend at the villa with friends for my birthday ! Everything was as described , beautiful location and views from the villa were lovely . Pool area was clean and just what we hoped for. Host answered questions quickly and was very helpful with transfer info, local restaurants and bars recommendations. As we were flying home later in the day the host allowed us a later check out which finished off our holiday perfectly ! Would definately go back ! Thankyou so much !

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place! Although it is quite far from the places we went to, the space and the views of the Airbnb was worth it. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. My favourite thing about the property is that you’re able to see the sunrise and sunset. The outside area is beautiful as it overlooks the mountains, ocean, pool and the golf course. Very charming property both inside and outside. The only issue we had was that there was a mix up with the cleaners and there were no extra paper towels, toilet paper or hand soaps in the washroom so we did have to purchase that at our own expense.

Place was as expected and as detailed with pictures and descriptions. The host Marta was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and a memorable family vacation.
