A beautiful villa. The perfect retreat, a peaceful location that is still close to all of the luxurious amenities of Puerto Banus and Marvell. RNTLS Marbella have been excellent from start to finish, professional, friendly and always available. We look forward to returning.

Ett mycket trevligt och rymligt hus. Det finns mycket att göra i huset & det är nära till både strand och andra centrala områden med bil. Vacation Marbella svarar väldigt fort på önskemål eller när någonting behöver åtgärdas som t.ex. fylla på gasol till grillen. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och kan starkt rekommendera detta hus. Ett minne för livet!

The Villa was so lovely! Photos don’t do it justice. We spent a week with 6 of us staying and we had so much room. The pool was so nice and the view was fabulous. The area was so serene and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo was only an 8 minute drive. There were so many shops and restaurants in town and we highly recommend Venta los Condes (ask for a table on the upstairs terrace for a great view!). Eva and her team were so warm & welcoming and Eva was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa!!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Photos just can’t do it justice -it was even better than expected,the pool and outside area was absolutely incredible and very stunning, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The villa itself feels very modern but also very homely and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are great sizes and felt very clean.There was 7 of us and we felt like we had a lot of room and loved that there was lots of space for us to all sit together.We all couldn’t believe how stunning this villa is and the location is just perfect,right by the beach and very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by and not far from Puerto Banús (10/15 minute drive).There is also a Lidl and other supermarkets about a 10 minute walk and a petrol station about a 5 minute walk which came in handy to pick up water and essentials.Jon was an amazing host, very kind and his communication was excellent.We all miss the villa already!

A beautiful villa - perfect for relaxing as a family. Area is quiet, but plenty (restaurant, beach, shops) within easy drive. Fabulous place.

Magnifique villa avec environnements et vues magnifiques sur la mer méditerranée et sur l'arrière pays, jardins fleuris très agréables. La villa est très confortable, y compris la literie, et très bien équipée, notamment si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou un bébé. José à été très accueillant, et très disponible le en cas de besoin. Départ et retour flexibles pour nous, ce qui a été un vrai plus par rapport à nos vols. Très belle région à découvrir. À conseiller !

Very good host. Easy check-in and checkout. Very beautiful property. The house had everything you need from cutlery to cleaning equipment.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and the photos do not do it justice the place is unreal and James was the best host I’ve ever encountered he is so professional he goes above and beyond for every single request throughout your whole stay and tends to your every need! He is a fantastic businessman and the best host on air bnb I’ve ever had!! Vi har hatt en fantastisk uke. Oppvarmet basseng var perfekt for ungene, de badet hele dagen og vi voksne koste oss også. Huset er stort nok i massevis for to barnefamilier. Godt vertskap, fikk raskt svar på spørsmål vi hadde underveis i oppholdet. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Sehr schönes Anwesen! Sehr ruhig, jedoch schnell in diversen Restaurants! Leider hatten wir keine Zeit den Pool zu nutzen - müssen also wiederkommen 😉 Danke lg

I booked Isabelle’s place for a long weekend with the girls and we absolutely loved it! Amazing outdoor space and facilities, right by the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Would highly recommend and definitely consider re-booking.

We had a fantastic girls trip! The location was perfect - close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and was super helpful, even assisting us with organizing a food shop before we arrived. Everything went smoothly and made our stay stress-free. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic views! We had a lovely stay to celebrate 70th birthday with the family. Property suited us well, but be aware there are lot of steps and different levels so not ideal for elderly with reduced mobility or for small children. Hire car made it easy to do shopping and explore nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to book Casa Kodak again!

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described, beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped. The outdoor areas were a real highlight, perfect for relaxing, dining, and spending time together. We traveled as a group of 8 friends, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host clearly put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway!

Villa was stunning in a newly developed extremely private gated area. Villa was very spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and modern, the outdoor areas maintained well, enjoyed the table tennis and pool was a great size for activity - we paid extra for pool heating and would recommend this even when the weather is warm. Host was very helpful in arrival details and offered airport transfers and other services and very responsive to messages if any help was needed, we had a slight issue with a neighbour but absolutely no fault of the host and was super helpful to offer assistance so no problem with the villa whatsoever. Would recommend a car rental as it is hard to walk up hill in heat and taxis struggle or refuse to get in/out of gates and very long steep walk to the nearest shop but only a short drive from Banús and other areas and beaches so overall a good location only 10 mins from everything Would certainly return, everything was great, well priced and overall great trip

We hebben echt een top vakantie gehad. Ruime woning heerlijk zwembad. Mooie tuin. Fijne badkamers. Rustieke meubels, maar die zijn typisch Spaans dus vonden wij prima en sfeervol. Keuken wat gedateerd maar alles werkt en ruim voldoende spullen aanwezig voor 12 personen zoals glazen, borden, pannen, schalen, bestek. Naar de gezellige haven van Puerto Banus loop je binnen 20 minuten de weekmarkt waar van alles te koop is zit op 5 minuten. Restaurantjes winkels supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Eerste gedeelte is even een klimmetje maar prima te doen. Kortom top huis top locatie en een fantastische vakantie! Een echte aanrader!

What a wonderful place. Perfect location and some old world Spanish charm. Great kitchen , garden and pool. Plenty of privacy. 5 min walk to supermarkets - 3 min walk to a beautiful beach and promenade. We will book again. I couldn't fault this space.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting. We absolutely loved our time here and it has everything you could want. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated and was a little too cold for us to use. We had a brilliant time and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The house, located in a quiet area, was modern, well-equipped, and perfectly sized for our group. The outdoor kitchen offered great opportunities for cooking and dining together outside. During the warm days, the children enjoyed spending time in the pool, and on a cooler evening, the sauna was a pleasant way to warm up. Tennis and padel courts are within walking distance, adding even more to the experience.

Wonderful place for our multigenerational vacation, everyone had their own bedroom with plenty of room. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked several meals at the house. The outdoor area was beautiful and had lots of comfortable seating for all. We were able to do many walks to Puerto Banus and going to the old city center of Marbella was a short drive or nice bike ride along the beach. We would definitely be back and recommend Iturbe’s Airbnb!
