Todo muy bien, estuvo limpio el apartamento, cómodo, la terraza y la piscina muy relajante para pasar la tarde, únicamente tuvimos un poco de problemas al momento del check in con la llave de acceso, pero después hablamos con él anfitrión y ya nos solucionó proporcionándonos un número de la puerta

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Vianney’s spot was perfect for my daughter and I to stay as a hub while we explored a little of Cozumel and went scuba diving. Our host was super helpful in recommending a diving company and restaurants/things to do near us. We especially liked La Cuisine for breakfast, which is a block away, and Arabian tacos which is an 18 minute walk and fantastic. We hopped in the plunge pool at least 5 times a day /night. Great to have. We felt cared for and supported as visitors from another country figuring out our way.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

muy amable Jess, siempre muy atenta, el lugar está mejor de lo que las fotos lo describen. Con buena señal siempre desinterés en cualquier lugar y céntrico para moverte a cualquier punto de la rivera maya. Felicidades 5 estrellas sin duda.

Irias was incredible with the check in and check out process. She was always available when we needed her. The place is incredible. I just loved the roof top private pool! I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely stay there again.

I loved staying here it’s in the jungle and it’s so pretty there is so much stuff to do near by and the stay was nice as well as the pool !! I would definitely recommend

Me quedé unas noches en el departamento de Giordana con mi novio y una bebé de 7 meses. La experiencia fue increíble. El departamento tiene absolutamente todo lo que pudieras necesitar (y más!). Una verdadera joya. Giordana nos prestó una cuna y silla para bebé, lo cual fue una súper ayuda durante nuestra estancia. (Nos ofreció hasta carseat!). Sumamente equipado con un wagon, mas que suficientes toallas, todo increíble! Tuvimos un detalle con el minisplit la primera noche, pero Giordana lo resolvió rapidísimo y hasta nos mandó una pizza deliciosa. Muchas gracias, Giordana! Hiciste de nuestra experiencia en Akumal, un verdadero deleite. Sin duda regresaremos.

Wonderful accommodation from Solmarrentals. Good location. Cozy and spacious apartment with a large kitchen. In the yard there is a large swimming pool, near which we were almost alone. Very responsive owner. Thank you for your help and quick responses. We spent wonderful 13 days with you. Thank you very much. We recommend this accommodation to everyone.

This condo is absolutely one of the best. Very spacious in a great location. Close to the fabulous restaurants that PA has to offer. Can’t beat the relaxing pool and the beach just steps away. Alejandra and Patricia were quick to accommodate us and did extras for us like getting us more water and allowing an earlier check in. We will be back.

I don't think I've ever felt this level of peace when on vacation. Waking up each day and seeing the waves hit the beach made everything all the more better. The location was within walking distance of everything I needed and the management team was extremely helpful. I will certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment a lot. We found everything as described and the location is great. We felt very safe in the area and restaurants etc. where at walking distance. The pool and beach directly in front of the apartment are very quiet and private and we spend a lot of time there. Ivaylo was always reachable for us and always responded immediately. We can for sure recommend the place and will consider it again if we plan to go to Mexiko again.

We just returned from 2 fantastics weeks! We enjoyed the condo very much and everything was in great working order. The location and view from the condo is just perfect! The response time was great when needed. Thank-you for sharing your beautiful space with us! Hope to see you soon!

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

El alojamiento es perfecto, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La playa esta a 1 cuadra y la 5ta avenida a 2 cuadras, la ubicación es ideal. La alberca es maravillosa. Frank estuvo al pendiente de todo cuando lo necesitamos.

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

El lugar es muy bonito, esta dentro de una privada con mucha tranquilidad. Es tal cual lo ve en el anuncio. Además, Joel es un gran afitrion.

Host very responsive throughout and provided excellent directions. The location is the best in Playa with everything eg convenience store, pharmacy, cafe etc etc accessible within a 5 minute walk. Its also a short stroll to the beach. The unit was as described and it was hot and muggy this time of year but the a/c's worked very well. The unit was quiet despite some other reviews mentioning hearing the swimming pool mechanism from upstairs but we didnt notice that. The sound-proofing was good and the music from nearby clubs etc was also not an issue at night. The balcony was nice. The kitchen is not the most functional but we ate out and so it wasnt an issue. The roof and pools were nice and we spent some evenings there, it was never too busy, at least this time of the year. We had a car, and there is a garage in the building but parking is not the easiest because parking spaces were very teeny, so we suggest renting a smaller car if you intend to drive here. All in all terrific stay.

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito lugar, cómodo, cumple con las amenidades, salvo el centro de lavado están descompuestas, estacionamiento chico pero pues tiene si ganas el lugar. Me volvería alojar con gusto.
