Amazing stay, great location and we loved the quiet, tranquility of the garden. Really nice rooftop with pool, sunbeds and jacuzzi.

Nice apartment located on one of the most beautiful streets of Playa del Carmen, perfect for a stay as a couple with everything you need to rest and get to know the surroundings, clean, comfortable and safe.

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

The apartment is spacious, modern and well located in a beautiful quiet environment. The city is very quickly accessible by car. The residence's beach is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The pools in the residence are beautiful. We had a great time at Omar's place. We'd recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Omar!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Nancy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with her spectacular home. Our casita had all the little and big extras to make us completely comfortable. We were combining relaxing and working remotely and had excellent wifi speeds and the ability to take a break and swim some laps in her 25 meter pool! Nancy is so generous with her space— it almost felt like we had the whole gorgeous property to ourselves!! And she introduced us to a local Mayan liqueur that we now love — thank you for everything, Nancy!!!!

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

I had a great stay at this condo in Tulum! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The host was kind and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. Would definitely stay again!

Our recent stay at Aventuras Club was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, with a lovely walk to a variety of restaurants, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was great for unwinding during the day. One of the highlights was the awesome coffee and breakfast place next door, which became our go-to spot each morning. Dining at Los Mottos was another culinary delight, offering fantastic food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The beach nearby was nice and provided a serene setting for relaxation. The check-in process was seamless and communicative, setting a positive tone for our stay. Traveling with three kids, we found the space to be perfect for our needs. The two-bedroom setup allowed our baby to have their own area and older kids too, resulting in great sleep for everyone. The town and its people were amazing, and we would definitely come back!

*5/5 stars* I stayed at this place with my loved ones and everything went perfectly. The description and photos were totally true to life, so we knew exactly what to expect. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the city (by car) The only thing that could be considered a drawback is that the apartment is located on the top floor, which means that you have to climb a lot of stairs. However, this was not a big problem for us and it was worth it for the quality of the accommodation. Overall, I am very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. I would stay here again without hesitation!

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

Wonderful condo with modern features. Absolutely beautiful setting and Antonio and the folks on site were extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
