The location is spot on with beautiful views of the mountains, within easy driving distance of many attractions and beautiful drives. The cabin is cozy but spacious with good amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and deck.

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

Our stay was relaxing and the cabin/views are absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to stay in for a meal if you decide to. We would love to come back some day!

Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

The views are better than the pictures! I was very impressed. The house is very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The outside deck was where we spent a lot of time and it was huge! I really enjoyed hiking around the ranch as it felt like a private national park. There was a trail made that circled the ranch and it brought you to several scenic overlooks. I will definitely come back and will recommend to all friends and family! Wish I didn’t have to go home!

What a hidden gem!! The place was beautifully landscaped and welcoming. Off-street parking was nice as well. The place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need inside. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but within minutes of a grocery store. Also within 15-20 minutes of Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and other attractions. Would highly recommend and we are hoping to stay here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs! Deane was a great host and very pleasant to visit with. Thanks!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this charming historic home. Convenient to downtown Colorado Springs and located along a pleasant walking trail, the neighborhood is a quiet retreat. Jacquie has thoughtfully equipped the home with everything a guest could want, and it's nice to enjoy the birdsong on the front porch or back patio after a long soak in the clawfoot bathtub. We will happily book here again in the future. As a host, Jacquie was friendly and responsive. Thank you for a delightful stay!

We loved staying here! The hosts left us cute notes, dog treats and a bottle of wine. There was firewood avail for the fireplace and a great porch to relax on. This cabin was very clean and we were provided with great recommendations for food and things to do. Our stay was peaceful and we had everything we needed. We were a 30 min walk from down town and a 9 min drive to the Garden of the Gods, 15 min to downtown Colorado Springs. Great trip!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Rebecca's cabin for our 8th wedding anniversary. We stayed from last week of May through end of first week of June. The cabin is exactly how it was described. I had read comments about the train being close to the cabin, however, even being light sleepers, the train did not bother us at all. The weather was not entirely cooperative on our trip but we were still visited by a few deer on the property. The bed was extremely comfortable and, due to the weather, we were able to take advantage of the wood burning stove. I loved that this was an option. I do recommend bringing a larger mirror as stated in previous reviews for makeup and getting ready. I had came prepared so this was not an issue for us. The town of Palmer Lake has several options for meals and shopping. It is such a charming town. We will most definitely be back! Thank you Rebecca for sharing your cabin with us!

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. We had an absolutely amazing time, the property was absolutely stunning, we loved sitting on the lookout tower and swinging on the swings, Cheryl was so so sweet to us, she left me a little birthday gift and had wonderful recommendations, instructions were super easy to follow and all we had to do at the end was gather trash and strip our bed, everything was very simple and quick when it came to checking out, we cannot wait to come back with friends and family! Our stay at the cottage was a peaceful as you can get. Close to restaurants, and the open space behind the cottage is great for hiking. Lots of memories will remain with us for a long time.

Had a great stay at Darcie's place! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and our hosts were great. They gave detailed directions to be sure we found the place without a problem, and were super helpful when our delivery driver ended up at the wrong door. Thanks again for a great stay!

This was a great home. The beds are super comfy and the living space was great to hang out in. The location was very easy to get in and out of. The photos show exactly what it looks like. Brandon was very responsive and this was a 5 star stay for sure.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was in great shape, and very charming. The location in terms of access to the very quaint Manitou Springs could not have been better. A very short walk to excellent coffee, fun shopping, restaurants, and of course the stream that runs through downtown Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, and Colorado Springs were all super close, too. Our interactions with Tim and Kris were also very satisfying. They checked in with us promptly upon our arrival to see if we needed anything and made sure we knew that if we needed anything, they were easily reachable and available to help. I recommend staying at their beautiful home.

Robin is very good at what it takes to have an Airbnb. Instructions and rules were written well. Places to eat and things to do were also listed which we appreciated. Very clean place and everything we needed was right there. Thank you Robin we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for two nights out of a 7 night trip to Colorado for our 20th anniversary. We had such a wonderful stay here! So cute and cozy. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend Swirl, Mona Lisa, Penny Arcade and the Cograil. Host was great!

Wendy and John were both very nice and accommodating. I saw in the listing that they leave snacks so I had contacted them to let them know my son has Celiac disease and he can’t have anything with Gluten. They went above and beyond to leave multiple Gluten Free snacks for my son so he didn’t feel left out. This is our first time traveling since diagnosis and it was rough as far as finding food choices so this made him feel special. They answered any question I had super quick and even brought us up some ice when the ice maker didn’t make any. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had so far and would not hesitate to book again if we are in the Colorado.

Fran’s place was very clean and beautifully decorated. She was also very accommodating with couple requests that I had. The location is easy to get to, parking is on the street but we never had an issue with finding a spot out front. It’s a close drive to several of the attractions. I would recommend her place.
