We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

Fabulous property great pool and hot tub would highly recommend to any families for holidays

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay at Upton Borne Lodge for my best mates Hen. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and they came with so many recommendations of activities & food from the local area. The house was spotless and just as described with flexible options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub, pools, sauna were perfect additions. We didn’t leave all weekend as we had everything we needed! Gill & George were so helpful with everything and it’s well worth the price!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

Idyllic setting, perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Brilliant for dogs with great walks literally on your doorstep! The property is outstanding with everything you could possibly need for a home-from-home getaway and the icing on the cake is the wood fired hot tub. Absolute bliss after a day out and about, to come back, fire it up and wallow in the warm water listening to birdsong. If you have a dog it’s an excellent place to stay because it is safe with the bridle way and quiet lanes to walk. Laura and her family are wonderful hosts and I will be recommending the Brye to friends and family wanting to holiday in beautiful Dorset as the perfect base for all the local attractions and places to visit. Thank you Laura and we will definitely be staying with you again x

It was great experience staying at The Cobweb cottage as it is very beautiful, nice and clean. We enjoyed our time there. I also would like say special thanks to Celia who was very proactive and responsive to our request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Coach House was well-appointed with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful with only the birdsong to listen to. We loved being able to walk straight out to the hills and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The local pub is really friendly with great food. The accommodation was really comfortable, clean and we would love to stay again. Thank you.

We agree with most of the previous reviews. The cottage is roomy, well appointed, clean with a lovely large garden. The cottage was set back from the road so was quiet but accessible. The railway behind it was quiet during the day and not used at night. We wanted a base to see Dorset and beyond and we were not disappointed. After a busy day, it was so nice to return to the tranquility of the cottage and sit out to hear the birds and see the rabbits. We only needed to contact Sandra a couple of times and she responded immediately and sorted the problems efficiently (we recommend visitors to read the instructions on the Airbnb site in how to find the cottage and get in - easy, but necessary because of the secluded nature of this super cottage).

We have just had a great stay at Rebecca's the cottage is lovely . Rebecca has given a lot of thought to ensuring her guests have everything that they may need. The cottage is in a really peaceful location but easily walkable to town. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out with our coffee ☺️

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The grounds are huge and full of wildflowers, and with the children’s play area it kept everyone happy for a whole day. And the playroom and toys were much enjoyed. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed, which was appreciated. The kitchen area is clean and compact, with enough equipment for our needs. Overall an excellent choice.

We had such a lovely time staying here- it was our first holiday with our baby and it was the perfect place. The annexe is roomy and has everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable stay- the hosts are so welcoming and friendly- we will definitely be back next time we're in Dorset! Beautiful views of a gorgeous garden from the window, such a peaceful place to base yourself within perfect distance from Lulworth Cove, Studland, Corfe Castle etc. Thank you!

Our stay at Sea Pilot’s Cottage was absolutely amazing, we loved every minute! Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and lovely homely touches like fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz on arrival. The location was amazing, and the view is quite spectacular! We had a very lovely stay. Nicola provided a high chair and travel cot to accommodate for our 10 month old baby. The hot tub was lovely and private and the views were stunning.

Claire has taken the time to create a beautiful, welcoming and peaceful space. Everything in the place has been carefully chosen and makes you feel comfortable immediately you arrive. Claire was incredibly generous with her time, her interest in us having a good stay, as well as supplying very special personalised goodies. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is in an idyllic setting yet close to many things in the area. Comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen and bathroom and easy parking make this one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We would hope this is the first of many visits.

The Air BnB of Gwyneth is a wonderful place. It‘s a really cozy little cottage with everything you need. We really liked all the lovely details in the beautiful appartment and we also fell in love with the beautiful flower garden and the landscape around us. Gwyneth was a really nice host. She gave us so many tipps for places to shop, eat and things to do around the Air BnB. We would come back anytime.

Place was stunning, great location and Evie was a great host and gave us some fab recommendations for the area!
