I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

I loved it! The service was amazing, everything was just like the photos, clean, modern, with lots of amenities. The area is super central, you have everything at hand. There are shopping centers, metro, public transport, there is a direct bus to the airport, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable for the stay, we were able to rest very well. I am very grateful to Rosa and the HOM team. I hope to be back soon ❤️

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, super fragrant and with a great and safe location! We did a lot of things on foot, like walks and trips to the market! Super cozy!! We highly recommend it!! Thank you for everything!!

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

Replace for remote working. Very close to parks and easy to walk to different areas. The street seems a little sketchy, but it’s pretty normal. Everything worked really well very spacious super fast Internet. Very clean.

Very comfortable place, well maintained, everything well organized and clean. You can tell the hosts care, they respond quickly. It is the same as the photographs.

I stayed 2 days, central location, many stores and. All kinds of restaurants and it has what you need to stay with peace of mind for 2 people and the price of the accommodation is well balanced

Super cozy, clean and very safe apartment. Met all our requirements. Quiet street despite being in a busy area, there was no noise at night. I would definitely stay there again next time.

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put in the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
