This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Overall it's a good place to stay. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. Communication with the guest was good. Ximena answered us relatively quickly if we had any questions.

Super apartment with everything you need. Easy access, centrally located, so you can explore the center on foot. Only the view of the courtyard did not inspire us, but it is not a real disadvantage as we were out and about during the day. Otherwise, great.

Great place to stay for short visit at Santiago!

Erica and Claudia's place is exactly as in the photos, with an emphasis on the spectacular view from the balcony to the Cordillera. The baths at the end of a day of hiking were an extra gift, and the condominium laundry was very useful as well. The location is excellent, with several tourist spots within walking distance, such as Plaza de Armas and Palacio de La Moneda, as well as museums and the Cathedral of Santiago. We did a lot of walking without any problems. There are also cafes and grocery stores nearby for quick shopping, and a subway station 2 blocks away to access the most distant places. Just like the center of any capital, you need to be careful when walking on the street and especially when using your cell phone, but for those who have already walked around São Paulo, you won't see much difference. It was definitely worth every penny paid, and when we return to Santiago we will use Erica's space again if it is available!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to stay warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Mary was an excellent host! The place was neat, neat and very comfortable. It feels like a very cozy place. Mary was always responsive to my messages and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns regarding the stay. The place is very quiet, well located, with supermarkets nearby, restaurants, attractions nearby such as "Paseo Bandera" "Avenida New York" "Palacio La Moneda" among other things such as museums and parks also relatively close. I would definitely go back to Mary's stay, totally recommended! 🤗 PS: The balcony has no outward view, only inside the building.
