I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Fue espectacular, muy fácil de llegar con dos estaciones de metro muy cerca. El personal del edificio muy amable y servicial y genera mucha seguridad y tranquilidad. Hay tiendas de todo tipo cerca y servicios a domicilio de todas las plataformas. Además el apartamento tiene todo incluido calentador, el baño muy limpio con suficientes toallas papel higiénico y toallas de cocina también. Muy bien aseado. Desde el balcón se puede ver parte de Los Andes que en esta época está nevado y en el piso 10 hay una terraza con vista panomarica a Los Andes y a la ciudad

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. Jed gets an emphatic A+!

Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

Me encantó! La atención fue increíble, todo era tal cuál las fotos, limpio, moderno, con muchas comodidades. La zona es súper céntrica, tienes de todo a la mano. Hay centros comerciales, metro, transporte público, hay un bus directo al aeropuerto, restaurantes, etc. Muy cómodo para la estancia, pudimos descansar muy bien. Estoy muy agradecida con Rosa y el equipo de HOM. Espero volver pronto ❤️

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Ótima hospedagem. O local fica próximo de muitos pontos de interesse, além da noite ser agitada. Adoramos tudo!

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

EXCELENTE !! La verdad que el apartamento está increíble, una vista hermosa y el atardecer atrás de los andes es un lujo. Pero quiero destacar la atención de los dueños, y de los conserjes del edificio, porque tuve un accidente y perdí mi celular, donde tenía TODOS mis datos y como saben la vida entera ahí dentro. Y la disposición de ayudarme fue total, la amabilidad y el trato de todos para ayudarme fue increible, incluso al otro día apreció el dueño a ofrecer su ayuda y ponerse a las órdenes. les agradezco de corazón por haberme ayudado. Volvería al mismo lugar sin dudas.

Lugar muy cómodo, bien cuidado, todo bien organizado y limpio. Se nota la preocupación de los anfitriones, responden rápido. Es igual a las fotografías.

O espaço é maravilhoso e David foi uma simpatia e muito atencioso !! Amamos a localidade e tem muito que se pode fazer !! Gostamos de cada detalhe do local e voltaremos !!

Estuve 2 días, lugar céntrico, muchos almacenes y de. Todo tipo de restoran y tiene lo necesario para alojar con tranquilidad para 2 personas y el precio alojamiento si está bien equilibrado

Apartamento super aconchegante, limpo e bem seguro. Atendeu todos os nossos requisitos. Rua tranquila apesar de ser em uma região movimentada não havia barulho a noite. Com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente da próxima vez.

El departamento muy bueno! Genial la recibida! Era un poco complicado cerrar la puerta a la vez que uno le ponia el codigo, pero nada grave. La zona inmediata no es la mas segura, pero es super centrico, cercano al parque ohiggins

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartamento amplo e espaçoso, com todos as comodidades necessárias, limpo e aconchegante. Possui calefação, o que é muito importante para os dias de frio. A anfitriã Carla muto gentil e atende prontamente. Localização excelente, com mercado e metro próximos. Região muito bonita.
