Holiday rentals with a pool in Puako

Loved the house! Worked great for 3 couples. The AC units cooled the rooms quickly and efficiently. The Primary suite bed was very comfortable too! Mahalo

This place was beautiful! Great for a couples retreat or a family. We used the balcony off the kitchen every day, it was private and peaceful looking out on the golf course. We wish we would have spent move time at the private beach access with the restaurant instead of other public beaches, it had great snorkeling and swimming and was so easy to get to. Krish was so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Over all, a great stay and would definitely bring our family back here.

Our family ranging from 77 to 7 all agreed that the house exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the quiet setting with lots of places to walk {I think grandpa, walked them all}, the fully equipped kitchen, and the pool (of course). My grand daughter named the resident geckos and gave them all a fond goodbye. We had to drag our 16-year old off Magic Sands beach. We all enjoyed several snorkeling spots and splurged on a Fair Winds "Kona’s Best Morning Snorkel: Captain Cook & Kealakekua Bay." Many thanks.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Our 3 boys (16, 13, and 10) spent hours on the diving board and in the pool. Sandra’s place had everything we needed for beach trips, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. I was so happy to have a washing machine to wash out the sandy towels and suits after our beach trips. It was a 5-10 minute trip for Costco,-target and Walmart and a 30-40 minute trip to Hāpuna Beach (don’t miss the Malsada stand on the highway on your way). We would come back to the house to cook supper, swim more in the pool, and watch the sunset from the beautiful yard. We also got a lot of use out of the basketball net in the driveway, and volleyball net in the side yard. Sandra was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay, including local recommendations. Would definitely stay again if on the Big Island!

Marilyn's place is flawless. My husband and I have been booking places through airbnb for a while and this was definitely the best one ever. I am very picky with cleanliness, and this place was spotless. Craig the home caretaker made sure to gave us all the information we needed, show us around, besides being super nice and friendly. The view from this tiny house was incredible, the place was exactly like the pictures, comfortable and had everything we needed. Marilyn's hospitality was amazing. She left us fresh fruit from her garden and a delicious cake on the fridge for when we arrived. Both Craig and Marilyn made us feel welcomed and made our experience perfect. We hope to come back someday.

We really enjoyed the time we spent at this home! The views from the decks are amazing! The pool and hot tub are great and we especially enjoyed the AC and large TVs when we came in at night.

The house, which is very spacious, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (the only real noise is from the many birds), which is five minutes from a grocery store and some restaurants in Waikoloa Village, and there are many restaurants, beaches, and things to do within a 30-minute drive; downtown Kailua-Kona is 45 minutes, and Volcanoes National Park and Hilo are about two hours (but easy driving everywhere, except for typical urban traffic congestion in Kona). The landscaping is amazing, and the backyard with a swimming pool is extremely private. It is also west-facing, so you get gorgeous sunsets with a slight ocean view (the property is inland). The AC units (for which there is an extra charge) are only in the bedrooms, so the house gets stuffy during the day, but cools off quickly in the evening. We had one minor maintenance issue, but the host, Andy, was responsive and addressed it quickly. We would definitely return if we have a future trip to the Big Island.

Tarek was awesome. Super responsive and very kind. 10/10 recommend his place to stay at when visiting Big Island. House was packed with much needed living amenities (paper towels, board games, laundry facilities). Loved the living conditions I got the chance to stay in!

Loved our stay here! Location & views were exactly what we were looking for. Discounted golf rates at the course and access to the pool were awesome! 15 mins from beautiful beaches. The beach towels/chairs/umbrella/ gear etc were a big plus. The place was clean. Host were quick to answer if we had questions. Two things to note- 1. the blinds are not room darkening so when the sun comes up you’ll know it!This was fine for us, bc we were usually up anyway but just something to note! 2. To get to the bathroom you have to go through the room with the bunk beds. Again this didn’t matter for us because no one was staying in the bunk beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

This place is exactly as described, quiet, clean, and close to everything in Waikōloa beach. The decor was nice and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking! One thing cleaning-wise that would have been better is if the floor was mopped… walking around with bare feet, our feet got dirty quickly. However we will definitely be back to visit Carlos’ place.

The beach gear was so much fun for our beach days, the location was great and close to pretty much everything we wanted to do on the trip, we loved our morning coffee on the lanai, and the decor was a plus, loved it all! We also got engaged on this trip and I will never forget it. ❤️ Mahalo

Lovely condo in a spectacular setting. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and the condo was spacious. We spent most of our time outdoors having adventures, and the condo was a very comfy home base. It was very convenient having the Tropics restaurant within walking distance. We also managed to catch a gorgeous and tasty sunset dinner at the Lava Lava Club.

Very responsive, and kind! Loved my stay at this Airbnb, the weather wasn’t that great for my visit but the Airbnb made it better! View was great, looked just like the pictures!

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

Loved our stay! Host was communicative, provided some great recommendations, and answered all our questions. Good community amenities and the condo was well stocked with everything you could need for a day at the beach (snorkeling gear, umbrella, chairs, coolers) to everything needed to cook a great meal back at home (basic spices, oil, sugar, etc.). We loved borrowing the tennis gear to hit the ball around and using the outdoor grills.

Allyson was proactive and incredibly responsive. There is helpful information that we used during our entire stay, including insider tips we were so grateful to have. The beautifully decorated condo has an ideal location on the property. It is at the back end of the Villa's, so it feels very private and the lanais face west providing unobstructed and amazing sunsets. It is also an easy walk to the pool and hot tub, which we used a lot (especially coming back from the beach before showers), because it was so convenient. And the private Beach Club you have access to is the BEST! We loved the snorkeling, with calm water (perfect for all levels). Plus, a great restaurant provides food and drinks to take to the beach, and the food was superb for dinner (better than other pricier restaurants nearby). There are four bikes which means you can get to the Beach Club without a car, or use the coolers, chairs and umbrellas from the condo to go anywhere. A true five star find!
