Holiday rentals with a patio in Prvić Luka

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Pobyt u Ivy był super spędzonym czasem. Okolica spokojna, przyjazna, blisko do morza i do restauracji. Pokój, łazienka i kuchnia czyste, wyposażenie nowe, niczego nam nie zabrakło, a nawet był sprzęt, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy. ( opiekacz ) 🙂 Od Pirovac blisko do Zadaru i Splitu Polecam gorąco i dziękujemy za gościnę 🙂

Lovely stay. Beach access with gorgeous and makes it worth every cent. Bed was comfy and the air con was one of the first we have had on our trip that didn’t make a weird noise! The name of the apartment is on G**gle maps but when you actually arrive it’s only identifiable by the unit number which the host didn’t provide us. We figured it out by the photos though so all was fine in the end

We have just had an amazing time at this accommodation. The minute you arrive you feel welcomed into the apartments. A massive thank you to Mato and Nada who look after the apartments for making us feel so welcome and so at home. They often offered us food and even made us crepes on our last morning which tasted amazing. It was a thoughtful goodbye. The apartments had brilliant air conditioning which we needed due to it being very hot. The rooms were large and the balcony overlooked the beach and neighbouring islands. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony. The pool was fab and well designed. It gave shade throughout the day in some parts. The beach was in walking distance and also old town. You don’t need a car as everything is in easy reach. However we hired a car so that we could visit Split, Šibenik and Skradin as well as Krka national park. The parking was excellent and easy to use from the apartment. There is a little supermarket 5 mins walk away which was great as well. Thank you

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Josip und seine Frau sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Sie sind rücksichtsvoll und bemüht, lieben den Kontakt zu den Gästen und haben immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ☺️ Das Frühstück ist super lecker mit frischen Pfannkuchen, leckeren Eiergerichten und Porridge. Josip ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich mit viel Hingabe um seine Gäste. Die ganze Familie ist sehr kinderlieb, die Anlage ist super schön und die Lage ist ein Traum. Lediglich die Promenade liegt zwischen dem Meer und der Unterkunft. 🔝 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. 🤩

Ivana & Robert have a wonderful place right on the water! Such welcoming and friendly hosts, their positive vibes are infectious. The apartment is one of many in the building and is family oriented with lots of happy children running around. We were delighted that there was a SUP for our personal use! Just a heads-up for future guests: there was some impact noise from the apartment above and the balcony is not very private being split between three apartments by aluminium slats though it doesn't really matter because of the incredible unobstructed view 🤩

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

We hebben van ieder moment op het eiland genoten en dat kwam absoluut door Tatiana’s fantastische huis. Aan alles is gedacht, we voelden ons er enorm thuis. Echt fijn! Het was een bijzondere ervaring om te verblijven op een nagenoeg onbewoond eiland midden in de natuur. Dankzij Josip van Boatum Zadar hoefden we het eiland niet meer af. Een heerlijke vakantie om te onthaasten en te ontspannen!

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Wir hatten alle 6 Gäste einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Der BESTE GASTGEBER, den wir je hatten. Josip, freundlich und hilfsbereit, war stets ansprechbar und vor Ort. Ob es um Rückfragen oder um seine Hilfe ging, er war für alles zuverlässig und schnell zur Stelle. Er hat uns auch beim Grillen geholfen. Er hat uns zum 1. Grillabend eingeladen. Er hat uns weiteren Fisch und Fleisch zum Grillen aus der Region günstig und in sehr hoher Qualität besorgt. Das Holz zum Grillen hat er uns ohne Zusatzkosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Seine Gastfreundlichkeit ist beeindruckend. Er war dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und sauber, die Utensilien (Geschirr, Besteck, Spülmittel, Waschmittel…) genügend vorhanden. Der Balkon ist mit seinem Blick einfach traumhaft.

Alles Prima! Wir waren alle begeistert und hatte eine super Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie z wyjątkową antresolą i przytulnym pokojem. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, bardzo szczegółowy opis zameldowania i dojazdu. przyjemnie było tam zamieszkać. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. die Lage, der Ppol, und sehr ruhig. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht- und noch mehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Trotz später Anreise aufgrund Flugverspätung wurden wir freundlich persönlich empfangen. Die Nachbarn, die Eltern der Vermieter sind auch sehr liebe Menschen! Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. 100% Empfehlung und vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in einem verwunschenen Garten mit Steinhäuschen, das aber innen keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauber, modern, gut ausgestattet, tolle Versorgung mit Wasser und Strom, überall Heizkörper, wenn es einmal doch zu kalt wird, wir waren im April, ideal im Sommer, weil man überall schattige Plätzchen findet. Internet, wer es braucht, superschnell. Zu empfehlen sind die Mountainbikes, die von der Familie zu mieten sind, man ist in 10 Minuten in Murter, wo es alles zu kaufen gibt. Aber vor allem kann man fast überall die Insel am Meer umrunden. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Dankeschön der Familie, wo alle im Einsatz sind für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Ich würde die Unterkunft jeden empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Man ist tatsächlich gleich am Strand es sind höchstens 2 Minuten geh Zeit. In der Nähe befindet sich die Promenade an der Beach Bars und Restaurants waren, man konnte auch überall Hunde mit nehmen. Preis Leistung war super

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

We stayed for a week at this place and Had a great time. Ante and His mother gave us a warm Welcome. Thank you and your mother Ante.

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen für den Nationalpark Krka. Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft.
