Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Vibo Valentia

Pasquale was really very friendly and accommodating. He answered every question right away and was able to help us with any concerns. Check-in & check-out was straightforward and the proximity of the beach was really the highlight for us. You should know that the accommodation is more suitable for two people and offers a little little space for three (and not enough cutlery, chairs, etc.) but for both of us it was more than sufficient. The water was great, wifi worked great, everything important was nearby (shopping, pharmacy, ..). The only desirable would be air conditioning, as the ceiling fan may not be sufficient for the people who are not accustomed to the climate. We would come back any time and really enjoyed our time in Tropea at Pasquale.

The apartment is perfect for a vacation! - and the terrace is the best place for evening conversations! The view is amazing! The area is quiet, everything is close! Great location in walking distance to the train and the sights. The apartment had what we needed. The washer was very useful especially on a beach vacation. This was the most beautiful city we visited. Our host was readily available to answer questions / assist us with issues. Note the city shuts the water off for residents at 5pm so it’s best to do laundry and shower before then. We did not have any issues with that but be aware- we still showered after (using tank water) we just made those quick showers. Great stay!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

The apartment is very clean and equipped with all comforts and is in a great location, in a quiet village. We were greeted by Mr. Francesco, father of the host Andrea who provided us with all the necessary directions for the stay. Andrea made us find in the house a very specific guide on restaurants and places to eat as well as places and beaches to visit. We had a great time, had a nice vacation and I highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

Everything fine! Nice view and a cute apartment.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

We were two at Silvio's and enjoyed the stay very much. There was a large bed and a large, very comfortable sofa bed. We were able to park in front of the house on the street and explore the area from there. Silvio was a very friendly host for us, who was always available and who could also help us with the purchase of a property. Pizzo and the surrounding area are worth a trip, beautiful old town and many very good restaurants (definitely eat the pistachio Tartuffo at Dante's) with wonderfully long secluded beaches. We will be happy to come back.

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was delayed, he picked us up directly at the station and carried me down the heavy suitcase to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response if I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adriano's kindness!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Stunning views couldn’t have asked for a better location in Tropea well worth the money no comparison we have stayed in other B & B’s in Tropea but this will be the one to come back to no question, special thank to Lydia you were so lovely from when we first enquired then booking it and appreciated you be flexible (adding an additional night on for us) and do helpful!

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

If you are considering this property, look no further! We were so comfortable, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room with a view that must be one of the best in Tropea! The apartment is flooded with light! Alexei provided snacks, milk, yogurt, prosecco, fruit, simple breakfast pastries, juice, water, everything you need to start a wonderful relaxing trip to Tropea! The town is absolutely beautiful, with endless cafes and shops. The beach is very close and one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in all my travels! We’re already dreaming of a return to Tropea, and when we do, this property will be our first choice!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Very special, quiet and with original furnishings from the 70s. Really a beautiful place with special charm and very friendly & helpful team. It is very simple and with the kitchen and bathroom you notice that they are from another time and some things are a bit outdated, but for that you have a unique environment, a lot of peace, nature and a lot of personal charm away from mass tourism. If desired or small defects, it was immediately helped and everything was fixed directly. Also recommended without a car, you walk about 15 minutes to the small supermarket, about 30 minutes to the slightly larger supermarket, 20 minutes to the train station (from there you can easily walk to Scilla & Tropea). The only drawback: On weekends you can hear the music of the larger tourist facilities and basic equipment such as oil, vinegar, pepper, etc. are not available on site. The place and surrounding area is beautiful, great beach & above all very helpful and warm atmosphere. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fabulous stay in this fantastic appartment. the place itself is super spacious, Bright, clean, with an amazing sunset view on Stromboli, much better equipped (kitchen and bathroom) than most places we had stayed before, at a walking distance from all the best city spots (beaches, restaurants, train station..). Giacomo and the team was super flexible, welcoming and helpful, very reactive at any time. we would love to come back!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
