Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Vibo Valentia

Pasquale war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns jede Frage sofort beantwortet und konnte uns bei allen Anliegen helfen. Der Check-in & Check-out war unkompliziert und die Nähe zum Strand war für uns wirklich das Highlight. Man sollte wissen, dass die Unterkunft eher für zwei Personen geeignet ist und für drei doch etwas wenig Platz bietet (und nicht ausreichend Besteck, Stühle, etc) aber für uns beide war es mehr als ausreichend. Das Wasser lief super, WLAN hat hervorragend funktioniert, alles wichtige war in der Nähe (Einkaufen, Apotheke, ..). Das einzig wünschenswerte wäre eine Klimaanlage, da der Deckenventilator für die Personen, die das Klima nicht gewöhnt sind, möglicherweise nicht ausreichend ist. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen und haben unsere Zeit in Tropea bei Pasquale sehr genossen.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht von Balkon und Dachterrasse!!! Vincenzo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist auch gut.

Great location in walking distance to the train and the sights. The apartment had what we needed. The washer was very useful especially on a beach vacation. This was the most beautiful city we visited. Our host was readily available to answer questions / assist us with issues. Note the city shuts the water off for residents at 5pm so it’s best to do laundry and shower before then. We did not have any issues with that but be aware- we still showered after (using tank water) we just made those quick showers. Great stay!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

L'appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort e si trova in una posizione ottimale, in un paese tranquillo. Siamo stati accolti dal Sig.Francesco, papà dell'host Andrea che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Andrea ci ha fatto trovare in casa una guida molto precisa su ristoranti e locali dove mangiare nonché luoghi e spiagge da visitare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo passato una bella vacanza e lo consiglio vivamente.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Tropea apartment. The balcony view was like a dream — watching the sunset each evening with our kids was unforgettable. Its location was perfect, just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele with plenty of dining options, and steps away from the beach and port. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Una delle più belle vacanze che abbia fatto. La Calabria, o meglio la Costa degli Dei, è spettacolare, soprattutto per una come me, che ama il mare e gli scogli. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, è al terzo piano, ma è molto grande ed ha una terrazza con vista sul mare che da sola vale il prezzo. L'abitazione poi ha tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. A Briatico di per sè non c'è nulla; forse ad Agosto sarebbe stata un pò più "movimentata", ma a noi è piaciuta così "fuori dal mondo" e tranquilla. Tanto poi con la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. L'unica pecca è l'odore di fogna che ogni tanto si sente, ma è un qualcosa che ho visto essere presente un pò dappertutto, anche in alcune spiagge. Che dire, sicuramente tornerò in Calabria, perchè mi è rimasta nel cuore!! Grazie Roger e Alexandre :-)

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu zweit bei Silvio und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab ein großes Bett und eine große, sehr bequeme Schlafcouch. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus an der Straße und von dort die Gegend erkunden. Silvio war für uns ein immer erreichbarer sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns auch beim Kauf einer Immobilie weiterhelfen konnte. Pizzo und die Umgebung sind eine Reise wert, schöne Altstadt und viele sehr gute Restaurants (unbedingt beim Dante den Pistazien Tartuffo essen) mit herrlich langen einsamen Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

Paradijselijk plek, jaren 1980/1990 wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn! Warm buiten douchen, BBQ werkt goed en elke dag met je voetjes in het zand ontbijten en of lunchen. Met recht een super host, dank je wel Rino 😎

Die Wohnung von Adriano überwältigt schon durch ihre Lage: Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die isola madre, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Ende der beiden Strände hin und aufs Meer hinaus, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge...Manchmal mussten wir uns richtig losreissen, um ins Städtchen oder an den Strand zu gehen. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Adriano war supernett: da unser Zug grosse Verspätung hatte, holte er uns direkt an der statione ab und trug mir den schweren Koffer zur Wohnung hinab. Auch sonst erhielt ich sofort Antwort, wenn ich Fragen hatte und er buchte das Taxi für uns. Wir können die Wohnung und Adrianos Freundlichkeit nur empfehlen!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

The apartment and location was better than expected. We had not been to Tropea before and did not have a good sense of the town layout. We were ideally located, a very short walk to the old town all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment has wonderful large balcony that provides the best sunset view - why fight the crowds? Sunset aperitivo on the balcony was a highlight. Access to the station is also good, although it is a long walk with bags (15 min) - easy downhill from the station, more challenging heading up the hill. Lidia was a great host, provided very responsive help for checkin and was available and responsive throughout our short 4 day visit. The apartment is well set up with all the advertised amenities. One minor downside was that the apartment is opposite a popular bar that can be noisy until late. Fortunately the windows and apartment were quite well sound proofed. We had a wonderful stay in Tropea. Thank you Lidia for hosting us!

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

If you are considering this property, look no further! We were so comfortable, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room with a view that must be one of the best in Tropea! The apartment is flooded with light! Alexei provided snacks, milk, yogurt, prosecco, fruit, simple breakfast pastries, juice, water, everything you need to start a wonderful relaxing trip to Tropea! The town is absolutely beautiful, with endless cafes and shops. The beach is very close and one of the most beautiful I’ve seen in all my travels! We’re already dreaming of a return to Tropea, and when we do, this property will be our first choice!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Daniela ist eine sehr liebenswerte und erfahrene Gastgeberin. Das sehr saubere Apartment ist umgeben von einem großräumigen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Wir waren auch dankbar die Waschmaschine benützen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank

Der Empfang war sehr schön, die Mutter von Francesco, signora Caterina hat uns alles gut erklärt und sogar die Empfehlungen zum ausgehen gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr, wirklich sehr sauber und es gab alles nötige, sogar Shampoo und Duschgel waren da. Alle Details der Wohnung waren praktisch und durchgedacht. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch zum einkaufen und ausgehen. Der separater Eingang hat uns sehr erfreut. Auch die Kommunikation mit Francesco war sehr angenehm, er hat immer schnell auf die Anfragen reagiert und auch tolle Tips gegeben. Also unserer Urlaub war einfach toll dank diesen herzlichen Menschen.

Sehr besonders, ruhig und mit originaler Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren. Wirklich ein schöner Ort mit besonderem Charme und sehr freundlichem & hilfsbereitem Team. Es ist alles sehr einfach und bei Küche und Bad merkt man das sie aus einer anderen Zeit sind und manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber dafür hat man eine einmalige Umgebung, viel Ruhe, Natur und sehr viel persönlichen Charme abseits von Massentourismus. Bei Wünschen, oder kleinen Defekten wurde sofort geholfen und alles direkt behoben. Auch ohne Auto empfehlenswert, man läuft ca. 15min zum kleinen Supermarkt, ca. 30min zum etwas größerem Supermarkt, 20min zum Bahnhof (von dort geht es bequem nach Scilla & Tropea). Einziges Manko: Am Wochenende hört man die Musik der größeren Touri-Anlagen und eine Grundaustattung wie Öl, Essig, Pfeffer etc. gibt es vor Ort nicht. Der Ort und die Umgebung ist wunderschön, toller Strand & vor allem sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
