Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

Hosts are very friendly, flexible and respond very quickly. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. Everything met our expectations and is very well organized.

The apartment has a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. We took a trip to the neighboring towns every day, which were also very nice. The host was super friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We had a great time. We didn't miss anything. Thank you very much.

This is a real gem! Our stay at Maria Adelaide’s place was unforgettable and Alba was so kind and supportive. The apartment is gorgeous, surrounded by a lovely garden full of flowers. Ghiffa is a great choice to visit the Lake Maggiore, including the Borromean islands: it is located just out from the tourist crowd, so you can get the most genuine taste of the lake and the hills, and spontaneously socialize with the local community. Overload of colorful landscapes!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Monica's fantastic apartment to the fullest. The place offers real luxury and comfort: the kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could ideally use the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or watch the rain on the balcony by the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday are highly recommended! Monica was an amazing host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. The stay with Marco was great. The property is very nice, quiet, large and you can use everything. A true children's paradise with giant trampoline, football gates, vehicles, etc. The accommodation itself is small but nice. The communication in advance was great, incl. Video with directions! In general, Marco and his family are super friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back :)

Lovely apartment and garden, amazing views. Exactly what we expected. The snack package on arrival was a nice touch after a long journey. Not an average airbnb! We will be back!

Laura has her super host tag for a reason! She’s super responsive, extremely warm, friendly & organised. You also couldn’t wish for a better location - the apartment overlooks the main promenade and proved to be a wonderful escape on the hottest of days. We sat out on the balcony, cooled by gentle breezes, book & glass of wine in hand and watched the world go by... Of course there are many cafes & restaurants within easy walking distance & we availed ourselves of those too! There’s plenty of free parking in a huge lot nearby, water sports available at the beach at one end of the promenade and boats to hire at the other end. We’d love to stay again!

Clean townhouse with integrated garage. Stunning views from the terrace and balcony. The beds were made upon arrival. Original equipment in the bathroom and kitchen was available for the first days. Albert was also easily accessible on weekends for questions. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the house and the host!

The apartment is quietly located and has very good amenities. There are many towns worth seeing easily accessible. We had a lovely holiday.

Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

Luisella is a very nice and flexible host, we booked the same day of arrival and she allowed us to check out late. The house was really clean, it's new, it has a beautiful window with lake view, a small garden. We had a great time, if we come back I won't hesitate to go back to Luisella's. I highly recommend it

We really enjoyed staying at Anna Rita's property. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the hosts are very inviting and spoiled the adults with local wine and pastries and the children with drinks. There was a response available for every request and it was very convenient to get from the immigration to the sites around the lake.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

Casa Eli was such a perfect spot. We swam in the lake at Alana every morning and then went hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. Cambiasca is a lovely little village with a great pizza restaurant, a couple of bars for coffee, and a 5 min drive for groceries. We especially enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the shade, and so appreciated the beautiful space Roberta has created with the exposed brick and high arched ceilings. Gorgeous - highly recommend that you stay here.

The stay at Cascina Lavanda was truly a breath of fresh air! A perfect place to unplug from the daily chaos. My dog and I immediately felt at home: the apartment is spacious, super cozy, and that veranda overlooking the greenery... a wonder! Afternoon and nights spent in total relaxation, surrounded by nature and peace. A huge thank you to Luigi, who was very kind from the first moment: always available, attentive and full of useful tips on what to do in the surroundings. A true host! In addition, the location is very convenient to explore the towns around Lake Maggiore, all at your fingertips. In short, a beautiful experience in a corner of paradise. Thank you very much, Luigi!

Our stay at Barbara’s apartment was exceptional. Best abnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate. It exceeded our expectations. Barbara’s attention to detail is what makes the apartment stand out. The view over the lake from the balcony is stunning. Barbara was a very attentive host , we had a problem with the car whilst we were there and Barbara’s help was invaluable. The apartment is perfect for a short term or longer stay like we enjoyed. We toured all of the lake , the proximity to the boat terminals is very convenient in Angera or Ranco. We enjoyed a day trip to Milan by train which was very straightforward. Thank you Barbara , we will definitely return .

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

We enjoyed it very much in the cozy apartment. We felt welcome and we felt at home there. Every day we woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains. If we wanted to ask or discuss something, Francesca or Chiara was quick to respond. They were flexible.

Super nice hosts where Dennis definitely wants to make your stay pleasant. Location is great, beautiful view and also nice and quiet. Within walking distance, the coffee and breakfast tray can be found, and it is also very easy that Cittiglio has a train station. I had a great stay here thanks to Dennis and the beautiful location.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming Italian apartment! The hostess was warm and helpful – you felt welcome from the first moment. The apartment itself is full of character, with a very special atmosphere. The beautiful courtyard and the hidden terrace were real highlights - perfect retreats to relax after a day of discovery. The facility is simple, but very practical and well thought out - everything we needed was there. Overall, an authentic place with a lot of soul and its own magic. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!

It was not a pleasure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.
