Staying at this property was incredibly easy. The host and their support team were very responsive and the property was as described, very clean and easy to live in. It is impossible to explain the breath-taking view from the balcony and how easy it was to walk down to Stresa’s center. On our first night as we sat on the patio looking over Lago Maggiore, we saw fireworks which was un-expected. If you want easy living with great views, fantastic Italian village access within a 7 minute walk, and responsive hosts … then this is the place to book.

Alessandra is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment is located in an enchanting quiet place on the lake, is lovingly furnished and there is a large terrace. We enjoyed staying at Alessandra's place very much, thank you!

My wife and I have been travelling Europe for 13 weeks staying at various hotels and apartments. This particular place is top of our list; it was fantastic is most departments. The view is fantastic and you can open the patio style window/door to get the breezes in and sip a glass of wine whilst admiring the lake. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at the villa with 4 friends, a group holiday to celebrate turning 40. It was the perfect stay. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped with everything we needed. Fiona and her husband went above and beyond to help us plan days out, and recommend local restaurants to us. The villa was a perfect location in a quiet area to go out exploring (definitely need a hire car to drive out to local areas), and the pool and garden are a beautiful setting to soak up the sun. View of the lake from the villa is amazing! Thank you Fiona for helping to make our trip so special.

The place is really in the center of Lavena and yet very quiet at night. I really appreciated the private parking space. The place is purposefully furnished, very clean and maintained. The contact with Catalina was very good - she is a good host and takes care of one. I'd love to come back - I'd love to enjoy the area in fine weather.

It was nice to stay in Antonella's cottage. Anything you need is present. The house was sparkling clean. Quietly located. Outside on the terrace or in the garden it is easy to keep out. It's great that the ferry and the boulevard are within walking distance. We can recommend a stay in the house.

We are so happy to have discovered Terrarara and the small village of Viceno. It was a real vacation. The house is very nice, cared for, welcoming; Laura is kind, caring and helpful and you can feel the love that binds it to this beautiful territory. The village is close to all the most popular destinations in Val Formazza (Riale, Cascata del Toce, Alpe Devero, thermal centers). We had a great time, we really felt at home (our dog too!). Highly recommended for those looking for relaxation, nature and beauty.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is as described and very clean, in a quiet environment. We exchanged throughout our stay with Donatella, Alberto's mom, who was very available, attentive to our needs and full of nice touches. In addition, Donatella gave us good places to eat! In short, a property to recommend without so much as a second thought for the quality of the services, but also the kindness and availability of the hosts. In addition, the area is great. Lots to do within a short drive (essential).

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

We enjoyed the house in Laveno-Mombello very much. It is very nicely decorated and us (and also our two kids) was very comfortable! The location of the house is really convenient and the view of the lake is great.

This place was just what I was looking for. I wanted some time in the country away from the hustle of Milan. Since I didn’t have a car, Laurentiu picked me up from the Domodossola train station and at the end of the trip his wife drove me back which was very kind of them. This is a great base for those who have a car, but even without a car I was able to walk over to the small but pleasant grocery store which is less than a 2 minute walk away and prepare meals at home in the Airbnb kitchen which has everything to cook, all pots and pans, stovetop and oven (even has espresso machine). I was able to hike on the trails behind the property. They aren’t listed on a map as official trails, but they do exist and can be found with Peakvisor app or just walk to Alpe Castello (can search this on web for directions) and a trail starts from that point which links to others. The owners are so nice and have such a beautiful family, they are always available to make your stay comfortable.

Lovely little house with great lake view. We stayed there for 4 days and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the facility is also very well maintained. There is a terrace downstairs directly on the lake with private lake access which we also enjoyed very much. The parking spaces are about 2 minutes from the property, but you can also drive directly to the property for loading and unloading. There are also charging stations for electric cars at the public parking lot. If you have problems walking, it goes down quite steeply via stairs to the house. In any case, I can highly recommend the accommodation.

This was a return visit and so my expectations were met as the location layout and surroundings were terrific which explains why I came back.

Great apartment and stable, tastefully furnished mixing modern with classic. Really convenient location, everything you need can be reached on foot. Convenient private parking next to the house. Communication is always perfect and available, allowing us to check in early. Highly recommended!

We spent 7 wonderful weeks in Simone's accommodation. We felt right at home and can highly recommend the apartment. Simone was always available and helpful.

We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!
