When the psychedelic patterns of the 70s meet the clean lines of the Scandinavian style and the soft colors, a magic happens: come and see it with your own eyes and dedicate yourself completely to relaxation in this well-kept apartment with a vintage flavor 2 steps from the lake and boarding for the Borromeo Islands. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds , 2 kitchens equipped with microwave , 40"TV with terrestrial and satellite connection,free WIFI throughout the house and in the common areas, 2 spacious and bright bathrooms . A balcony along the entire length makes the apartments very bright. We also have an adjacent garage for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles and strollers. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services . The building can be rented in whole or in part for a total of 18 beds. Some apartments are communicating for families of 4/5 people or groups of friends who want to stay together at certain times of the day and still maintain their privacy. The ground floor apartment is free of architectural barriers and with a bathroom also suitable for the disabled. The house has an adjacent space for the shelter of motorcycles , bicycles or strollers. The house has a lobby and a reception with common areas. The opening of the entrance doors is coded. The apartment is located in Pallanza, a village with one of the most beautiful lakeside in the area: a suggestive walk between the archipelago of the Borromean Islands on one side and colorful facades, arcades, flowered balconies, terraces and cafes on the other. By car: from the A26 take the exit for Verbania. You reach Pallanza continuing along the SS34. By train: from Verbania-Pallanza station use the public transport that runs along the lake leading to Pallanza. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services. It is on the first floor reachable with a wide stone staircase The apartment is located in Verbania a few steps from Lake Maggiore, in the small town of "Pallanza" a village with one of the most beautiful walks along the lake in the area:the Borromeo Islands on one side and colorful facades, porches, flowery balconies, terraces and cafes on the other.

Lovely flat in an amazing location with great views of Lake Orta. Super close to a public beach, short walk to the handful of cafes, restaurants, and a decent sized grocery store. Pettenasco is a small village off the beaten track in a good way that meant it was quiet, but short drive to more touristy spots Orta San Giulio and Lake Maggiore. Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

Very clean apartment with a good location. Great outdoor area that we liked to use. Crockery and cutlery were a bit sparse, but fine for a short trip for 4 people. You will find everything you need nearby. For the car there is a locked parking space right at the apartment. 👍🏻

It's a short drive, but you'll get something for that. The cottage is more than fine and the view is really fantastic! And what a tranquility. Sandro, our host, was very friendly and quick to respond. Honest is fair, it takes 20 minutes to drive up the mountain, but this gets used quickly and with a little planning you really won't be bothered. On the way on the mountain, we encountered goats, a deer and cats. So take it easy and enjoy. The village is also worth a walk. There isn't much but tis very charming and sweet.

Laveno is a very beautiful place lakes, mountains... The accommodation is in the center of a beautiful region, the proximity to the pier allows you to cross Lake Mageur on foot from the apartment. The building was very quiet but the road to the lake is a little noisy. Very good stay anyway!

The accommodation is a very nice and quiet location with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The equipment is great and in total the place was also very clean. Check-in also went smoothly, even if a short message would have been helpful that it is self check-in. Unfortunately, you actually need a car for everything, as there are little to no sidewalks and therefore you can walk not far. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Felt very welcomed. Beautifully restored independent traditional house. Comfortable, clean and peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Well positioned in the sun and on the hillside. Access by car is not possible and there is a staircase to access the premises and the house. Free parking is available within 150 metres. Small village with few restaurants but well connected with other villages around the lake.

We felt very comfortable with Lorella! The property is very spacious and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. You live on the 1st floor above her apartment, but you have a separate access. Except for the check-in, we didn't see each other anymore, so you're private to yourself. Parking is available nearby and the last piece you have to walk. However, there is the possibility to drive directly to the accommodation for loading and unloading. All in all we had a lovely few days here 🙂

The accommodation was definitely better than in the pictures. We felt very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was also a comfortable shower in the bathroom (not shown in the pictures). Also, everything being clean. We got the deposit back on the last day after the nice employee from the agency showed up on time to hand over the key. I'm sure we'll be back!
