We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten italienischen Wohnung! Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist verwinkelt und voller Charakter, mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Besonders der schöne Innenhof und die versteckte Terrasse waren echte Highlights – perfekte Rückzugsorte zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Entdeckungen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr praktisch und durchdacht – es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Insgesamt ein authentischer Ort mit viel Seele und einem ganz eigenen Zauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at the Italian Charm! The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It might be difficult to get to the appartment at first, but with the very clear instructions provided, we found it quite easily actually. Dirk is a very involved and responsive host, who thinks along when there's a problem. The surroundings are beautiful with a nice view of the lake from the living room. We found Ghiffa itself a small but nice town. It was quite peaceful, except for the main road running through, which could be a bit noisy. We went to Intra/Verbania (a 10 minute drive) a number of times for groceries, going out for dinner and the ferry among other things.

die perfekte Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf den See. Es fehlt einem absolut an nichts in der Unterkunft. Yann ist sehr sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hat bei der Einrichtung die Liebe zum Detail spüren können. Wenn wir wieder an den Lago Maggiore fahren werden, dann werden wir definitiv wieder diese Wohnung von Yann buchen

When you enter the apartment “La Isola Madre” you feel right at home and very welcome. Paolo and his mom were wonderful hosts, always kind and so helpful. Right from the start helping us with our luggage, guiding us in finding parking locations, and giving us great recommendations where to eat and what to visit. If we needed something additionally to the already well equipped apartment, they quickly got it for us. We had to fight the heat a little, but if you close the blinds in the morning and open them up late in the afternoon, and with the help of the ventilators you’ll get along. We were rewarded with a wonderful lake view only spoiled by the sign of the cafe below the apartment. The apartment is in the touristic center of Verbania so it might get a bit loud from time to time. We thank you for being such great hosts and will always remember our stay at your place. Der Aufenthalt bei Patrizia war reibungslos und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf jeden fall zu empfehlen.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Luciana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich von Lucianas Eltern empfangen. Auch unsere Kinder waren sehr willkommen und es war alles da was man für Babys/ Kinder braucht! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geräumig und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Minuten ist man am See und viele Ausflugsziele sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Danke für die tolle Woche!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Cami. L’emplacement est top. L’appartement est très beau avec une grande terrasse très appréciable et était très propre à notre arrivée. Et super communication avec Cami. Encore merci !

Pierangelo war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer sehr lustig und für ein Spass zu haben. Da bei der Ankunft und Abreise keine Busse fuhren und die Strasse wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt war, hat es uns kurzerhand abgeholt und anschliessend bei der Abreise zurück zum Zug gefahren. Bei der Ankunft hat er uns über alles wissenswertes in Kenntnis gesetzt. Welches Restaurant zB. gut ist und welches nicht, wo wir unbedingt hin sollten und wo ehr nicht, wo es ehr teuer ist und wo wir aufpassen sollten weil hohe Kosten auf uns lauern. Er hat mehrere Ordner mit Telefonnummern für Taxen, Öffnungszeiten für Gebäude und Supermärkte, öffentliche Einrichtungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. die für uns bereit standen. Er ist ein sehr netter Mensch, war stehts erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cinque stelle superior! Bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung, der Terrasse, der Ausstattung, der Lage, der Aussicht etc. gehen uns die Superlative aus. Wir sind viel unterwegs, meist in Ferienwohnungen, die Wohnung von Kristiina übertrifft alles, was wir bisher gesehen haben. Come a casa, wie zu Hause haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an gefühlt. Alle Räume sind mit viel Geschmack und Gespür, dabei ruhig und unaufgeregt eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist umfassendst und sehr großzügig ausgestattet, das Bett ist groß und bequem, die Sanitärräume auf neuestem Stand. Und dann der Blick aus den großen Fenstern und von der Terrasse: atemberaubend ist wohl der beste Begriff dafür! Die Kommunikation mit Kristiina und Anna, die uns die Wohnung und alles Wichtige gezeigt hat, war perfekt. Wir waren mit unserem VW Multivan da und haben jeden Abend einen freien Platz auf einem öffentlichen und kostenlosen Parkplatz in ca. 20 Metern Entfernung gefunden. Wir kommen wieder, das ist sicher!

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience. The apartment was exactly as describedcomfortable and in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth, and host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Notre séjour dans la résidence de Francesca s'est très bien passé. Notre appartement sous les toits était très spacieux,et de la terrasse nous avions une très belle vue sur la campagne environnante et le lac Majeur au loin. La propreté était impeccable. Francesca a été une hôtesse très sympathique avec qui la communication a été facile. Elle nous a même proposé un cours de yoga gratuit. C'est une adresse à recommander.

Nous avons éte très satisfait de notre séjour à Stresa dans le logement de Mario.

Super séjour dans cette belle région. logement très agréable avec son jardin et sa terrasse paisible. hote très arrangeant qui nous a permis d arrivé plutôt et de profité plus longtemps de la dernière journée. pensez peut être juste a demandé si la piscine est bien déjà ouverte suivant les dates de la réservation.

Antonio is an exemplary host! Nothing was too much trouble, his responses to our requests were immediate and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The views, location and ambiance are 5 star plus! Styling was minimalistic but on point. We loved the vibe and it’s the perfect couples retreat. Highly recommended! As hosts ourselves we know how important it is to communicate and provide a bespoke experience for our guests and Antonio exceeded all expectations!

Tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Infinity Pool mit Blick auf den See auf der Dachterasse. Es gibt auch mehr als genug Paktmöglichkeiten.
