Large house in a great location to visit the surroundings. Impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the beds made us feel immediately at home. The presence of the three bathrooms makes it very useful for three couples as in our case, although one of the rooms is a little smaller. The availability of dishwasher and washing machine detergents is appreciated (which many times does not happen). Keep in mind that the house is arranged on two levels: a mezzanine floor for the living area and a first floor for the sleeping area, accessible only through stairs. This can create problems for people with mobility difficulties.

We were very warmly welcomed, instructed and also seen off again by Christina (Tania's mom). Tania was always available and Christina always responsive. The villa corresponds to the description, is cozy and fully equipped and very clean. The water basin is very nice to refresh yourself in between. The garden is beautifully designed and we spent the evenings exclusively on the cozy and covered terrace. There is also an additional small refrigerator for drinks, which is very convenient. The villa in a good neighborhood and is a great starting point for excursions e.g. to the beach, to Trieste or Koper (great medieval town in Slovenia with beach). Many thanks to Tania and Christina, we had a very nice and felt very welcome in this beautiful villa.

We had a great stay at Veronica's place. Nice, peaceful surroundings, beautiful inside and stuffed with all necessities.

We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. Beautiful chalet in a strategic location within walking distance to the ski slopes. We never moved the car. Quiet and well organized with plenty of space for everyone. Perfect heating, new bathrooms, super-equipped kitchen, top Christmas atmosphere, we entered with the Christmas tree lit. Beautiful stube with wood available. Parking for 2/3 cars and very quiet area. Super recommended!

Thank you for the hospitality, a very kind and accommodating family. The house was very clean and nothing was missing. The associated surroundings with the hot tub also leave nothing to be desired. The beaches of Lignano and Bibione are just a few minutes drive from the house. The location is highly recommendable.

Alina's villa was beyond all our expectations. The photos on the page were lovely, but it was more beautiful in person. We wanted a place that felt like home and would serve as a home base for day trips to various spots in the region. Villa Aquilea was the perfect choice! The home was immaculate and we had all the amenties we could ask for. The grounds and the garden were a delightful surprise and it was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. It was great to have such a restful spot to enjoy between excursions. Even though the weather was hot, we were comfortable and safe from mosquitos while we slept with the screened windows and nice cross breezes. Alina was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She generously provided us with useful information regarding restaurants and things to do. Everything was simply perfection.

The stay was very nice. There is plenty of space for accommodation. It should be clear that the house is not brand new & of course already has some signs of wear and tear. Some towels should be replaced. Still, it's a nice house. We also particularly liked the roof terrace hot tub to cool off. The house is very close to Park Hemingway. Ideal for dog owners and families with kids. Basically, the location of the house is very good from our point of view. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. But also various restaurants and other excursion locations are well & often quickly accessible from the accommodation. There is also a Lidl nearby. The hostess Teresa is very friendly & received us easily & uncomplicatedly. She was always easily & quickly accessible & also answered our inquiries quickly & reliably. Thank you so much for this. We were very pleased & recommend this place!

It was super nice, we had two great weeks. The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool is great. Laura was very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended.

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

Location is great for family holiday if you like cruising between trattorias, hiking, or just spending time in wonderful garden and enjoying the view from the pool. Andrea was very helpful at check in and we received all needed help and information. House is furnished in rustical style and it is big enough and clean. There is also a small grocery in the village. Very nice place and I would for sure like to come back.

Great place and wonderful host. The breakfast was also delicious, special and an absolute highlight! Everything made with love, clean, chic, beautifully situated and designed with character. Also the pool and animals on the premises were great. We would definitely come back!

Great experience at Mauro's villa! Reserved but not isolated. A quiet neighborhood surrounded by a fantastic landscape. My partner and I felt at home, our dogs had fun in the huge garden. House equipped with many comforts, and Mauro was super hospitable and kind to us, meeting our needs also for check-in and check-out! We hope to be back soon! Thank you Mauro from all of us!

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Our family had a fantastic week at Federicas beautiful house. The hospitality was amazing, the pool was perfect and the surroundings were mesmerising. Federicia is the perfect host, and we would definitely like to return in the future.

We had a great stay with friends at Andrea's! The house is beautiful, not to mention the extraordinary view of both the house and the pool, in a peaceful location. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home from day one.

The place was really huge and communication with Mauro was very good. An extraordinarily good place for the children! The property is recommended to every large group and family. The amenities were great, although in some places a bit outdated. Thanks for the wonderful time there!
