Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Udine

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

We had a pleasant stay and Stefania’s hole is spacious, clean, and great value for a nice stay.

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

Patrizia is a lovely woman who takes pride in her apartments and gardens. Her place was very clean and appropriate for couples or small groups. We each had our own bathroom and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc to use. We did need. Broom to clean up broken glass which was provided after asking. Quiet location with plenty of street parking, walkable to city center.

We're coming back a second time because it was excellent, excellent.

We loved our stay at this place! The area was really nice, and there was so much to do. My whole family had a great time and made some wonderful memories. We'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Impeccable host. Comfortable and comfortable accommodation.

Franco and Linda were adorable. Linda welcomed us to give us the keys and show us the house. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Franco too: together they recommended beautiful places to visit nearby and even made themselves available to accompany us. The house has a fantastic stove for the winter. The house is impeccable, super clean, equipped with any accessory for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. In addition, the house is also equipped with sheets, towels and blankets. There is a large terrace with mountain views. In less than 100 meters you can reach services such as a bakery, bar, pharmacy in a few minutes on foot! Again, Linda and Franco were wonderful hosts, among the best I've ever met Obviously, the house is super recommended for a weekend of relaxation and peace! Excellent!!

Lovely place, helpful and responsive host, perfect for a getaway in Duino! Walking distance from the Castello di Duino in case you are there for a wedding like us 😉.

Apartment in the city center: comfortable, bright, clean, equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Accessible by elevator. Private parking space. We were in the city for the e'Storia Festival. We comfortably reached all the venues of the Festival meetings on foot. Marianna has always been extremely helpful and communicative.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

More than just satisfactory! Farma Lakne not only offers a journey into Slovenian-Italian history, its products (honey & gin) alone are reason enough for a visit. The most magnificent accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of visiting during a business trip. Will definitely come back!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

a huge terrace overlooking expensive villas (which are empty, so it's quiet), 100 meters to the beach - the first zone is PAID, but if you go to the water - then the first line by the water is officially free! lots of greenery, flowers, trees! the shower is OK! 😉 free parking (white line on the asphalt) is not easy to find, but it is possible! There are many restaurants, cafes, shops (there are chain stores with very attractive prices) on the neighboring streets - the next street from the sea and now the most important thing - an unreal price/quality ratio Super!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
