Location is great for family holiday if you like cruising between trattorias, hiking, or just spending time in wonderful garden and enjoying the view from the pool. Andrea was very helpful at check in and we received all needed help and information. House is furnished in rustical style and it is big enough and clean. There is also a small grocery in the village. Very nice place and I would for sure like to come back.

We spent 2 weeks vacation in this beautiful house in Aprilia. A supermarket with fresh bread and pasta near by. Lignano beaches about 10 min by car. The kids love the house with lots of space. Having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The hosts are lovely and good hearted people. We forgot to bring our bedclothes and towels, but Filomena just organized all the stuff we needed. So thank you again! Fino alla prossima volta ☺

Patrizia was a great host! She is very nice, communicates fast and all instructions are clear. The apartment was very nice and convenient for us 4. The location is great because it is near the beach and the centre but still in a silent street. We have enjoyed our stay :)

Great experience at Mauro's villa! Reserved but not isolated. A quiet neighborhood surrounded by a fantastic landscape. My partner and I felt at home, our dogs had fun in the huge garden. House equipped with many comforts, and Mauro was super hospitable and kind to us, meeting our needs also for check-in and check-out! We hope to be back soon! Thank you Mauro from all of us!

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small house adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool, from which you can overlook the entire Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good Alimentari with a small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino - right outside the front door!

Slavica is very helpful, the house is great, the neighborhood is fantastic - she highly recommends staying in this house, all for sure! 🙌 It was an unforgettable stay and if we can, we will definitely come back 💪🏼💪🏼

The place looks even better than in the pictures, very spacious and comfortable! It has all the possible things one might need, Moreno thought of every small detail and apparently bought everything brand new! We will be very happy to come here again with my family, the whole experience was amazing!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

This was a wonderful place to stay - the view from the living area and balcony was stunning; the place was super clean; and enough space (and beds) for our group of 6 women. Carlo was extremely helpful, and even included a short video and how to find the address (which came in handy).

We were 7 people for a weekend at Villa Prosecco and are very satisfied. Communication before check-in was easy and fast via Whats App. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained. The stay was very pleasant and the house clean! There were enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen. To reach something, you almost have to drive or taxi, but you have your peace and quiet because the area is not very busy. It is about 15 minutes to Trieste. Conclusion, for a larger group, Villa Prosecco is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

It was super nice, we had two great weeks. The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool is great. Laura was very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended.

View is amazing, we really enjoyed the stay. Only FYI to concider the parking is public, but one spot was allways free and groceries are far for walking so you need to use car or public transportation

Our family had a fantastic week at Federicas beautiful house. The hospitality was amazing, the pool was perfect and the surroundings were mesmerising. Federicia is the perfect host, and we would definitely like to return in the future.

Very nice location in the middle of a forest and fields, impeccable apartment, all new and very clean. Comforts such as water and coffee, kettle, minibar. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for the hospitality

The place was really huge and communication with Mauro was very good. An extraordinarily good place for the children! The property is recommended to every large group and family. The amenities were great, although in some places a bit outdated. Thanks for the wonderful time there!

We are thrilled. Communication was great, Andrea, Francesca and Giacomo were very helpful and supported us superbly. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, in a retro look with great old utensils, the decor is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean well-equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, knives, everything for cooking even with dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The highlight is the garden, with fig tree, plum tree and the mega great pool. Seating for 20 people :) There was a crib, a chair for our son (<1 year). There was even a wallbox for charging our electric car. The fans and mosquito plugs provided extra comfort. We will definitely be back!!! If you're looking for a mistake, you'll just find that espresso cups would be useful ;) Thanks for a great vacation !!!!

Andrea was very nice and helpful. The garden is beautiful, large and very well maintained and the view is wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. The pool is a great added value to the villa. Having breakfast on deck chairs in the sun was a great start to the day.
