L'alloggio di Luca è il meglio che potete trovare se passate per il lago di Bolsena. Fantastica vista sul lago, appartamento nuovo e pulito. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento molto confortevole, silenzioso tranquillo, pulizia impeccabile...host molto professionale amichevole e disponibile. Sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

We just finished out 10-day stay and it was outstanding. Giovanna’s directions were easy to follow and she answered all questions supportively. Property caretaker Wije was amazingly positive and attentive from checkin to checkout. Hiking and biking among olive farms and vineyards and an easy drive to plenty of Umbrian sites. Restaurants and grocery stores an easy drive away. The property itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Spectacular vacation all-around.

Marlene ‘s house is spectacular , the decor , amenities, location , amazing host she was always responsive and friendly, the village is a hidden gem, all walking distance from the house right at the heart of a beautiful medieval town with all the charm the area has to offer , we also enjoyed recommendations of the host a fantastic SPA steps away from the house with stunning views , a complete Wao factor to add to all the great amenities . I would highly recommend Marlene’s house for a long visit or short trip, less than two hours from Ciampino Airport the location is ideal

Silvia è stata gentilissima e calorosa nell'accoglienza, super disponibile e carinissima. Nel tragitto dal parcheggio che ci ha indicato ci ha fornito aneddoti e curiosità, consigliandoci un ristorantino ottimo! L'alloggio era pulitissimo e grazie alla sua accoglienza calorosa abbiamo goduto di piacevolissimi aperitivi negli spazi esterni. La centralità dell'alloggio ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno rilassante e culturale. Complimenti ancora.

Alessandra è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni sul territorio, inoltre abbiamo potuto assaggiare l’olio di sua produzione e portarne a casa un po’, l’alloggio è situato in una posizione molto tranquilla immersa nel verde perfetto per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Lo spazio esterno e il giardino potrebbero essere sfruttati meglio inserendo un piccolo gazebo e dei tavoli e delle sedie utili per godere dell’esterno anche nei giorni di pioggia abbastanza frequenti in quell’area.

Alessia e’ stata un host cordiale e premurosa veloce nella conversazione. L appartamento pulitissimo e’ ben disposto e dotato di molto confort .. al centro del paese e sulla via principale… consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa splendida location

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

This place is wonderful for a relaxing holiday, with the swimming pool you can refresh yourself in the hottest weather too. The host's team is ready to help you in case of questions. The house is nice, equiped with the most relevant devices and tools. Great location for a visit to Rome, to Umbria, or to visit Marmora Cascade nearby Terni.

de ruimte is groot en voldoende gemeubileerd. Het bed was goed en de badkamer met inloopdouche uitstekend . Het centrum van het leuke oude stadje is op loopafstand (10 minuten) en supermarkten om de hoek ( 3 minuten lopen ) ontbijt in het dorp prima de accomodatie is prima basis voor uitstapjes naar Bolseno , Orvieto of erg leuk beeldenpark in Bomarzo. Zwemmen prima optie in het meer

abbiamo trascorso il Natale in famiglia proprio come lo avevamo immaginato, spazio cucina comodo per la preparazione di pranzi e cene, castagne arrostite al camino acceso. spazi comuni ampi, zona notte molto confortevole ed accogliente per la privacy di ognuno. Soggiorno di 3 notti apprezzato da tutti noi giovani e meno giovani. Spazio esterno molto curato, il nostro cane ha potuto scorazzare in libertà. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and truly made us feel at home. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location is also fantastic and close to many great restaurants and easy to explore the area from. A special thank you to Laura, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She welcomed us warmly, thought along with our needs, and even went out of her way to visit the station to find out the best way for us to get to the airport in Perugia. Her hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

Vorrei ma non riesco, per raggiungimento massimale caratteri, a copiaincollare quanto già espresso su altra piattaforma all'esito di un precedente soggiorno, che ho bissato volentieri. Cercherò di essere sintetica, anche se non è facile né giusto con una struttura così. L' appartamento è eccezionale. Comodo, ampio, bello, pulito, funzionale (piano terra e unico livello), con una visuale che è un quadro, su un parco meraviglioso e la Viterbo antica. Per il gusto, la cura e il livello delle forniture di ogni angolo della casa, e per l'estrema, squisita attenzione che vi spende la proprietà - un modo di fare impresa che è un esempio da imitare, se ci si riesce - non sembra di stare in una casa vacanza, ma nell'immobile di qualcuno che usualmente ci vive e che e alla qualità dell'abitare, e del vivere, tiene moltissimo. Non riscontro nel mio curriculum di fruitrice di strutture di questo genere, di cui svariate a Viterbo, un secondo termine di paragone all'altezza

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con grande calore e premura. Chiara è stata forse la migliore Host mai trovata, sempre pronta e reattiva per i potenziali bisogni oltre che amichevole in qualsiasi circostanza. Casa veramente carina e SUPER fornita. Zona tranquilla e perfetta per girare nei vari luoghi di interesse (tutto a distanza di 15 minuti). Chiara ci ha fatto sentire meglio che casa.
