Wir durften entspannende Tage in deinem wunderbaren, rustikalen Haus, direkt am See geniessen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es auf jeder Etage eine Toilette und Mückennetze an jedem Fenster gehabt hat. Giulia war sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar... Dankeschön 👍

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und ein ganz toller Garten. Sehr gute Lage. Schnell am See. Wir waren zu 4 mit unserem Hund. Das einzig störende waren die 4 Hunde im Zwinger des Nachbarn, die oft gebellt haben. Ansonsten top.

La maison est très calme et bercée par le son de la rivière. L’excellente literie participe aux nuits reposantes que nous avons passé dans les chambres avec une superbe vue. Le jardin impeccable et spacieux, le barbecue et la taverne nous ont carrément conquis. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! Merci Fabrizio !

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Elena est vraiment réactive et sympathique. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et agréable. Barbecue, vue et jacuzzi tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous sommes satisfaits à 100%

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist auch mit Gewürzen und Öl ausgestttet gewesen. Wir haben die Zeit und vorallem den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft gibt es einen Zugang zum See. Badeschuhe sind hier allerdings von Vorteil. Da wir ein großes Auto hatten, war es für uns schwierig auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen bzw wieder raus. Wenden ist hier nicht möglich. Leider war dieser auch durch Wasser sehr matschig. Wir haben meistens ein bisschen weiter unten auf den kostenpflichtigen Plätzen geparkt. Das war eine wesentlich komfortablere Lösung. Simona hat wirklich einen super Job gemacht und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Sie hat und auch tolle Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Bei Problemen und Fragen hat sie immer sofort ausgeholfen.

Das Haus von Natalie und Ugo ist noch viel schöner als in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es ist groß und geräumig, wir hatten mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern genug Platz in den zehn Tagen in denen wir da waren. Es ist so sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist phantastisch, er geht um das ganze Haus herum, so dass man immer Sonne findet. Das Haus steht, wie auch beschrieben, in einer ruhigen Gegend, man kann hervorragend von dort in die Berge hochgehen, ein kleines Lädchen mit frischen Brötchen und dem Nötigsten ist in 1 Minute Laufnähe, der See in fünf Minuten. Ansonsten kann man in der Nähe des Hauses parken und dann Ausflüge/ Einkäufe usw. erledigen. Colico Innenstadt ist ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann auf schönen Wegen problemlos zur Seepromenade gehen. Natalie und Ugo waren immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit, haben sich nach uns erkundigt und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’intera proprietà per una notte ed avevamo lo spazio tutto per noi. La posizione raggiungibile e direi la vista del paesaggio unica! Ottima disponibilità per gli orari variabili di check-in e check-out. Cucina al terzo piano un po’ scomoda Ma le terrazze hanno una posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato! Villa ordinata, pulita e fornita di ogni comfort. Bellissima esperienza consigliamo vivamente!

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Roberta! Das Haus war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war einwandfrei und schnell. The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsenen mit zwei Hunden in Erikas Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt so dass die Hunde frei laufen konnten. Es passen ohne Probleme zwei Autos in die Auffahrt - und mit der Lage des Hauses kann man so gut wie alles zu Fuss erreichen. Erika ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein! Im Haus gibt es alles, was es braucht. Die Betten „im Kinderzimmer“ sind evtl. etwas zu klein für grosse Nordmänner :D Aber ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Alles Gute für die Saison!

We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time at Lake Como. The surroundings were breath taking and while the villa is in a quiet location, you can walk to the lake in about 30 minutes. Our pup also had the time of his life being able to run in a completely fenced in yard.

Wir waren 6 Personen mit 2 Hunden und haben in der Villa Erica sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr grosszügigen Grundstück mit eigenem Pool und einer Outdoor-Küche direkt daneben. Der See ist vom Grundstück aus auch zu Fuss durch einen kurzen Waldweg zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sowohl Stefania wie auch Luca der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passés un séjour idyllique à deux dans le logement très agréable avec une vue magnifique depuis le logement et depuis la superbe piscine . Logement très bien situé pour rayonner sur le Nord du lac. Stefano nous à accueilli avec un grand sourire , nous a montré l'appartement dans les moindres détails et a été disponible tout au long du séjour . Très belle maison à Colico, très bien équipée, les 2 jardins et la piscine sont un plus ! Située idéalement à 20min à pied du Lac. Francesca était très accueillante et très réceptive à nos messages ! Encore merci pour ce séjour, à conseiller !!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und flexibel – wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben: sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum unkomplizierten Check-out. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.
