The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very easy to reach. We would come again and again! Thank you

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very kind to give us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

Perfect for families with kids, close to ski lifts.

I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

We spent 9 days with our 11-month-old son in the apartment. We are super satisfied and can highly recommend it for small families. For our son, a cot and a high chair were available. In addition, the apartment is quite childproof and so our little one could move freely in the apartment without problems. The small garden is also a big plus and, like the apartment, is also super tidy and well maintained. Just great! We will definitely come back.

The airbnb was stunning! it had stunning views and everything we needed. unfortunately we had to walk up the airbnb and trust me that was not easy at all but the scenery was amazing so still worth it but keep it in mind! the host was lovely and left easy instructions

We were in Colico for a week. The accommodation is nice and functional. Everything you need is there. The pool is refreshing and rarely full. Since the accommodation is a little higher, you always have to go uphill (walk or drive). Small tip: There is a normal coffee machine and a capsule machine for Dolce Gusto (to be considered if you want to take coffee capsules with you)

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and always available when needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The place was peaceful and had everything we needed. Great stay in the accommodation offered by Alessandra. The house is very comfortable and its large garden is superb. Games are available for children (trampoline, slides, badminton rackets, swings) and also its beautiful swimming pool. We loved and highly recommend this rental. Everything is done to have a good time relaxing in a very beautiful decor with a superb view.

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those with walking difficulties, it is worth considering the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The last stretch of the road to get near the cabin by car is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars, as correctly indicated by the owners. You can go on interesting walks from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

I and my dog spent 3 days there. Katia was a truly wonderful host! She even helped me order pizza, which certainly wouldn't be expected of every host. There are very good excursions, Katia also includes brochures. You can switch off without problems and enjoy privacy. I honestly don't know what else to say... just perfect!! Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

We spent a pleasant weekend in the company of our young dog, visiting the rock carving sites and walking in the chestnut woods near the accommodation. Cry was very kind and welcoming and gave us some tips about the area... the house is perfect for those looking for a little peace and quiet and because it has everything you need.

our stay was short but enough to evaluate the apartment and the welcome in the best way. It is characteristic, tastefully renovated, with every comfort, in the historic center, a very quiet area. We were greeted with every consideration, as much comfort as possible. Highly recommended.
