Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Sondrio

We LOVED our stay in Lake Como!! The hosts were super friendly and the fridge had wine and homemade tiramisu. We also had use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We will definitely be staying again

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view Everything was exactly as described – the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hosts on site were extremely friendly and helpful. The drive by car leads over a rather steep climb, but with the detailed directions of the landlord, the accommodation was easy to find - a real plus! The terrace offers a breathtaking view of Lake Como - a real highlight of our stay. There is a small waterfall in the immediate vicinity. It didn't bother us, on the contrary - we found it very idyllic. However, if you are looking for absolute peace, you should perhaps keep this in mind. In just about 5 minutes you can be in the village by car, where there are shops such as Penny and Iperal - very convenient. For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back! All the best! Tim

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful Airbnb. The views are incredible and it looks even nicer than on the photos online. Would just recommend hiring a car as taxis are very expensive in the area and difficult to get. Thank you very much :)

The accommodation was exactly as described. A traditional apartment with plenty of space, a superb view of the lake from the private terrace, and easy access to all amenities. The host was very accommodating when our arrival was delayed by a late flight.

great accommodation, but a small downer is the fact that it is located directly on the busy SS320dir on which you can drive from Como (practically always with a lake view) to the northern end of the lake (but of course it is not the fault of the hostess). The view from the terrace is still epic and shops and places can be reached in a short time if you are mobile. We had a great time. Only a slightly later checkout (before 10 a.m.) would have been nice so that you can have breakfast and pack in peace on the last day.

Beautiful accommodation in a masterful site. All amenities within walking distance: restaurants, grocery store, bar, boat, etc. Enzo and his wife are very kind.

Great place to stay for those who like outdoors and views on the mountains. The view from the house is amazing, breathtaking! Furthermore, the house is perfect for a small family. Clean and tidy. Split levels which make the house play full. The owners live in the same village and welcomed us, helped us with setting up the pool for the children for some hot days, and also shared some local wine. Very much appreciated! There is an intermediary (Inter home) for this house. Good service but also adding cost (on top of AirBnB fee) and hazzle, using two platforms. Having to exchange a deposit via another platform. This is not why we use the Airbnb platform.

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

Super nice and clean holiday home with large garden. From the balcony of the upper room you have a wonderful view of the Comer See. Kitchen is equipped with just everything you need. You should bring something like soap or dishwasher tabs yourself. The location is very quiet, but some serpentines away from the lake or center of the individual places. Accordingly, the nearest shopping facilities are also about 15-20 min away. Here you are dependent on the car. Adelia is a super nice hostess, and responds very quickly if you need anything. If you can speak Italian, this is an advantage :)

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
