As soon as we saw the house, we realized that it had everything we wanted. Getting there was very easy, and the house is very close to the sea and any type of service. The house was wonderful, perfect for our vacation🍀. Renata, the owner, was immediately very kind and welcoming; she made us feel at home from the first moment; always available for any request and question, and even more. I will definitely be back this year!!

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !

Enrico and Alvaro, the dad, are exceptional hosts. We were very well received and pampered throughout the stay with small attentions. The house is very clean, the location is very good, the view is beautiful. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you again.

Massimo was fantastic. The place was perfect. We had a lot of space. The apartment has parking on the premises, and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. We were in Rimini for MacFruit, and the location could not have been better. A lot of great places to eat in a short driving distance. I would love to stay again when we visit Rimini next year.

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

The house is just as described in the listing: cozy and with everything you need ("including comfortable mattresses", the word of eighty-year-old grandparents). Sandro, the owner, is courteous, hospitable and ready to help if needed. We had a really good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

This house was absolutely incredible. We came for 3 days on a university retreat with a large group and had no problems at all. The kitchen is very big and very well equipped, so making food for everyone was no issue. Additionally, the bedrooms were all spotless and there were plenty of bathrooms, so we never had more than 4 people sharing one. The hosts are incredible too, as they are responsive and very kind. They were so happy to show us around, give us reccomendations in the area, and talk about the renovations they were doing to the house to make it even better. The ping pong/foosball room was a particular plus, as was the dining room with floor to ceiling windows that looked out over the sunset. I cannot reccomend this place enough, as the hosts and the house were absolutely amazing. Thanks so much!

Great 1 week stay at this villa, 6 adults& 4 kids. Pool was great, beautiful surroundings, very nice towns nearby to visit (Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro++). Superfriendly host in Riccardo who was so helpful and kind assisting with dinner reservations, tips + organising a chef-at-home dinner.

The home complied with the descriptions provided by the listing. We had a great time (we are a group of 12 people). Quiet area with an impeccable pool. Owner always available and always ready to answer our questions.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Very nice villa in a beautiful location. We stayed for 5 nights and everything was great. A clean house, clear instructions from the host who also gave us recommendations of things to do nearby. Perfect!

The farmhouse is very large, in a quiet area. Large and well-stocked kitchen, as well as the living room. It is a house suitable for hosting a large group of people.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

Rita and her family are friendly and at the same time professional and caring hosts. The villa is a peaceful retreat surrounded by a stunning landscape but very close to the city centre. The house was perfectly furnished, clean and very comfortable also for a big family. The spaces are well organised to host a group of people allowing to maintain a certain level of privacy. The swimming pool is amazing. Highly recommended
