Great experience! The apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for the holidays, also for the location. A few steps from the sea and a few minutes by car from many parks on the Riviera. Also, not indifferent, it has a private parking space and air conditioning. Especially in high season, I think there are two advantages. We also found good flexibility on check-in and check-out. Surely the next time we return to Rimini we will stop here again.

The apartment was neat and in a quiet area. In the morning you woke up to the sound of the birds. It is the top floor. Tall people may not be able to stand comfortably in some parts. The head was sometimes bumped when going to bed. In the summer, the space will be very warm despite well-functioning air conditioning. We were able to get along well here, and it is a nice and especially clean space. The host Lorenzo is incredibly friendly and helpful. We regularly sent him questions about restaurants and activities. Lorenzo always responded very quickly with fine tips. If necessary, we will definitely come back! Lorenzo, thank you for everything!

Perfect stay. Cinzia and her husband are two wonderful people, very helpful and kind. The house offered everything that is indicated in the description, the photos do not show how beautiful and bright it is. Excellent location, convenient for supermarkets, discos and beaches. I recommend everyone to stay in their Airbnb, if we were to return to Riccione they would be our first choice.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Well organised and speedy answers. Small supermarket at 200m, beach at 700m and lots of restaurants within 700m. We had to cancel the last day and Pierluigi reacted as hoped.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

It was just perfect!Morciano is a small place with very dear people :) all necessary shops are nearby and are within walking distance. The accommodation itself is much nicer than in the pictures!Everything so lovingly decorated!In the kitchen you have all the need, even coffee, sugar, salt and tea. What is still totally sweet is that the host even provides croissants, jam and cookies as well as two water bottles. In the bathroom you will also find everything you need, the towels are changed regularly. As far as Paolo is concerned, very great!For any concern, you can contact him immediately and also get an answer immediately!Great recommendations from him regarding restaurants and beach(10 minutes by car in Cattolica). In between Paolo brought us delicious figs to try and a farewell gift with local treats on departure!Paolo, thank you so much for the great stay & your warmth :)we will come back!

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We were immediately greeted by Stefania with cordiality and as soon as we arrived at the apartment she immediately made us feel at ease. The property is in perfect condition and has all the necessary comforts for a great vacation . The host was always available to our requests. The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.
