Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Reggio Emilia

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

If you want to dive into the heart of real Romagna Emilia, here's the place for you. it's an old house with stone stairs and big beams lost in corn and wheat fields. Giordana is attentive and you can go there safely.

We spent a night in this peaceful place nestled in the Emilian countryside and we had a great time. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The dogs and kitten who occasionally met in the yard cheered our mini living room. Giordana is a very kind and helpful person. I hope to come back and spend a little more time here.

Luciano was very helpful during my stay in Parma. The apartment attended to the ad and it was very comfortable.

With a lot of lovely renovated old house. Very nice heated pool! Very very quiet environment to relax. Alice is an extremely accommodating host! We felt very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We were looking for a 3 night pool break - on a 2 week road trip. It worked very well for us.

Beautiful and modern agriturismo, family run, with a nice garden that includes a swimming pool and spa, which is a bonus during summer and winter. The room is as depicted in the pictures, it was clean and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. Alice was a very kind and dedicated host, with immediate replies and useful information for our stay. We had to end our stay earlier than expected for personal reasons and Alice was very helpful and flexible. We will for sure come back to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings and all the services the agriturismo offers. Grazie Alice e spero ci rivediamo presto!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L apartment. wonderful with a super organized and super clean private garden. I don't know what to say, really nice to stay there for a few days, crazy comfort. Sonia and Matteo are super hosts, always ready to give me a hand with everything, very good. ❤️

Excellent solution near the center of Parma! The main points of interest are within walking distance in just a few minutes. Very well-kept structure and the perfect self-check-in organization... the possibility of also having the extra parking a few minutes' walk away was an excellent choice... I absolutely recommend this solution.

Super available to the owners. Although for a short stay they left me a good impression on a human level, which I really appreciate. Very clean and central accommodation as an area., seamless self check-in and very intuitive. Would love to go back:)

This home in Parma had ALL the comforts of home and more which was perfect for our one-month stay. The quiet park-like apartment had a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the steam shower, good seating on the terrace, and several high-tech features. Though the train station was on the other end of town, we had several bus stops nearby that were easy to navigate. Within easy walking distance we had mini-marts and a grocery store, bakeries, coffee shops, and parks. Complete, easy to understand instructions on how to operate everything inside the home and out. Owners treated us like friends, not renters. This location and owners set the standard for how a short OR long term rental should be! Walk to Bus stop; 4-5mins. Bus to train station; 1.7 euro. Taxi from train station to apartment; 9.9 euro. Walk to Piazza Girabaldi; 10-12mins. Walk to train; 20-25mins. Walk to Conad grocery; 2mins. Bakery; 2-3mins.

A beautiful little place, strategically located. It is easy to walk to the Center and you have everything around the corner. The host is very responsive, uncomplicated and very friendly.
